Taking out old unserviceable stiffener and S & F of new stiffener of size 865mm x 60mm x 40mm of well seasoned 1st class hard sheesham wood duly wrought and ends made to shape all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable rexine cloth from seat foam and S & F of new rexine cloth for seat foam of size 470mm x 470mm x 75mm duly stiched as specified and shown in drg. Rexine shall be approved by GE.

REPAIR TO BED HARD PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246, FD-247)

Taking out old unserviceable foot rest plywood and S & F of new one side teak faced 4 mm thick plywood of size 840mm x 230mm x 4mm thick Make-Century Ply/Kit Ply/ Greenply/ National on the foot rest frame with 4mm half round teak wood beading all around all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable head rest plywood and S & F of new one side teak faced 4 mm thick plywood of size 840mm x 350mm x 4mm thick Make-Century Ply/Kit Ply/Greenply/National on the head rest frame with 4mm half round teak wood beading all around all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable plywood and S & F of new plywood 1920mm x 900mm x 12 mm thick type AA ISI, BWP, Marked Make-Century Ply/Kit Ply/Greenply/DURO on the top of the bed including taking out old broken/chipped off plywood all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable and S & F of new L type MS flat Iron 35mm x5mm x 150mm at all corners of bed all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable head rest complete and S & F of new head rest complete of size 900mm x460mm made out of well seasoned 1st class hard sheesham wood and plywood one side teak faced 4mm thick Make-Century Ply/Kit Ply/Greenply/National fixed on the frame, Legs made out of sheesham wood of size 660mm x 60mm x 60mm, but 30 x 30mm at bottom, Frame made out of sheesham wood of size 840mm x 45mm x 30mm & plywood of size 840mm x 360mm x 4mm thick, all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer and S & F of new drawers of size 550mm x 100mm both side & 355mm x 100mm back side made out of 12 mm thick plywood commercial plywood execpt bottom and front. Bottom shall be 6mm ply wood commercial of size 550mm x 355mm. Front portion of drawer shall be made out of 18mm thick HDHMR BSL board, with 4 mm teak wood edging all round of size 355mm x 100mm with fancy knob shall be provided. Material and labour for polishing Hat Stand of after cleaning, smoothing the surface old or new with sand/emery paper,refling the borer holes/cracks with putty wherever required appling the raw siana/burnt siana as per requirement make smooth again by sand/emery paper polish the Hat Stand with French polish as approved Make.

Removing unserviceable leg and supply and fixing new leg made out of 1st class hard wood of existing size and shape including polishing with Hi-gloss French polish including preparation of surface to match with the existing complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable rexine cloth from seat foam and S & F of new rexine cloth for seat foam as per existing size of best quality duly stiched as specified and shown in drg. Rexine shall be approved by GE. Rate of rexine shall not be less than Rs.200/- per RM.

Removing unserviceable hasp and supply and fixing new hasp and staple aluminum anodised Make - Jyoti/Ajanta/Mowjee of size 100mm (as per sample) complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.
