Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 Ton Jamalpur Jack materials consisting of 11 items as per Annexure - 'A '

Special Eligibility Criteria

   Eligibility Criteria Condition of Bulk Order: The supplier should have supplied either the fully assembled electrically operated Synchronized screw Jacks of 25 tons or higher capacity of minimum 20% of tendered qty. i.e. 24 sets (1 set consists of 05 no. of jacks) in last 10 (TEN) years to Indian Railways or any central or state government agencies or PSUs or any private sector having turnover 500 crore or more". or, "should have supplied minimum 5 out of 7 listed sub-assemblies/ major components (i.e.1. gear box, 2. set of screw spindle & screw nut, 3.set of worm & worm wheels, 4. beam 5. lifting assembly 6. Brake Motor 7. D.O.L. Starter Individual/ Master) for manufacturing/repair of electrically operated Synchronized screw Jacks of 25 tons or higher capacity of minimum 24 sets (1 set consists of 05 no. of jacks) in last 10 (TEN) years to Indian Railways or any central or state government agencies or PSUs or any private sector having turnover 500 crore or more. Only R-note, Inspection certificate and receipted challan will be considered as supply credential (only PO will not be considered)".

   Eligibility Criteria Condition for Developmental Order: - The supplier should have supplied either the fully assembled electrically operated Synchronized screw Jacks of 25 tons or higher capacity of not less than 05 Nos. (i.e. 01 set) in last 10 (Ten) years to Indian Railway or any central or state government agencies or PSUs or any private sector having turnover 500 crore or more". or, "Should have supplied minimum 5 out of 7 listed sub-assemblies/ major components (i.e.1. gear box, 2. set of screw spindle & screw nut, 3.set of worm & worm wheels, 4. beam 5. lifting assembly 6. Brake Motor 7. D.O.L. Starter Individual/ Master) for manufacturing/repair of 25 tons or higher capacity Jack of not less than 05 Nos. of each item (i.e. 01 set) in last 10(TEN) years to Indian Railways or any central or state government agencies or PSUs or any private sector having turnover 500 crore or more. Only R-note, Inspection certificate and receipted challan will be considered as supply credential (only PO will not be considered)".

   Firm should have valid Government Licence of Class 2 for undertaking electrical contractual works. Relevant license must be attached with the offer.

   Condition for Development of additional vendors having interest (for additional Make/Brand other than specified Approved Make/Brand): - The bidders, manufacturers and OEMs, as the case may be, desirous of inclusion of alternate brands in specifications, may approach CWM Jamalpur separately with their written request and will have to follow the process laid down for approval of such brands by CWM/Jamalpur. It may be noted that the process for approval of alternate brands may require them to manufacture, assemble and supply complete prototype, at their own cost, for trial and evaluation for period specified by CWM/Jamalpur. No representation or request for inclusion of alternate brands will be considered during the tender evaluation, award or execution stage.

   (i). Purchase orders, supply credential (like R-Note,Inspection certificate etc.), quantity supplied, date of supply should be furnished/attached. Details of parameters/specification of the supplied Jacks/materials should be indicated by the tenderer to prove same/similarity aspect. (ii). All necessary document / information should be submitted by the bidder with original offer itself. No clarification / correspondence will be sought / entertained in this regard. In case no information or incomplete information is furnished by the bidder, their offer will be summarily rejected.

   This item is reserved to be procured through class I/ Class II local supplier. Clause 28 of ER GTC will be applicable.

Commercial-Compliance

1. 1

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
