Removing undulated stone flooring from the pallavagopuram and stocking it for relay including cost and conveyance labour, handling and etc., all complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged brick masonary wall in pallavagopuram, including removing all debris from site of work.

Cleaning the stone surfaces by water washing the stone elements like wall, piller, uthiram, pothiyal, pavukal and etc., including cost of material and labour charges etc,.

Labour charges for Pointing the Cut stone masonary work with Lime mortar 1:1.5 excluding cost and conveyance of cut stone but including all labour charges scaffolding etc complete with standard specifications. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Painting new and old wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of white primer in all floors the rate is to include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill Gate including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing fly proof mesh including labour charges ,fixers and etc., all complete

Painting new iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide with zinc Chromet primer in all floor etc, complete complying with standard specifications.
