Supply, laying,jointing testing and connecting cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 11KV(E) volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor ofsize 95 sqmm x 3 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) with 300 mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5M from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5M from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary formwork and finished surface all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suplying and fixing in replacement of Pin type, porcelin, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, conforming to IS: 7321-1931, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing by stringing stretching and strengthening on insulators ACSR conductor of desired size including aluminium binding wire of suitable cross sectional area including joints sleeve for jointing conductors of equal or unequal size and for jumpers connections including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor joints/jumpers with conducting jelly, and taking down of UNSV conductors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed)grade of cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Gang operated Isolating Switch 11 kV Triple pole vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, 15 insulators, incl drop out fuse assy, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, 25x20cm size vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 33 KV/ 11 KV mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly, galvanised iron, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1, diameter of stay rod 20mm dia, including galvanised iron stay plate 300*300*6mm galvanised iron thimble, 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and galvanised iron nuts bolts, washers incuding loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white brown, or gree, arge size, with overal dimensions 65*90mm, clearance of hole 16.00mm complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be mesured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to DB/Panel by using GI strip of 25*4 mm sleeved using red colour PVC sleeving as earthing lead soldering/rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to existing structure by means of nut, bolts etc complete with RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion, all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of HT cable as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and exc. 1.5m but n. exc 3.00m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of HT cable as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returining filling in including spreading ,levelling,watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness of sand of 18cm shall only be measured and paid seperately)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed by EIC.

S & F 80mm bores of tubes 'light grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete with electric pole, laid in trenches for passing of XLPE cable all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate). For foundation, filling, mass concrete, coping etc complete all as specified.
