Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 32 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm, light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing LT UG cable from existing trench by manual excavation and finding the fault and make temporary joint with suitable ferruls and lugs and laying back the cable in trench and refilling the excavated soil back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the cable sizes 10/16 sqmm 2/4 core Note: The excavation, earth work and protection materials will be measured and paid separately and relevant item

Taking down existing LT UG cable from existing trench by manual excavation and finding the fault and make temporary joint with suitable ferruls and lugs and laying back the cable in trench and refilling the excavated soil back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the cable sizes 25/35 sqmm 3.5/4 core Note: The excavation, earth work and protection materials will be measured and paid separately and relevant item

Taking down existing unserviceable burnt out end termination of LT UG cable from LT panel, pole box etc and taking out loop by excavation and repairs the cable by providing with new aluminium lugs Including Disconnection of Old Dummy cables of any size and removing from the pole and Cutiing upto loop end complete all as specified and directed for the cable size 2 core 10 sqmm.

Make : L & T GIC Digital Timer or any equivalent Specifications of ISI Make as approved by the GE.

Material and labour for replacement of un serviceable 3 pole 415 Volts power contactors Current Rating Up to 50 Amps for Street Light Timer switches complete all as specified and as directed Make : L&T cat part No MNX 50 or any equivalent of Siemens/Schnider

M&L for Preparation of old exposed surface of LT steel tubular poles of any type / height with bracktes clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint upto 6 mtr long and exposed surface of pole yellow and black paint in strips alternative 30 cm wide upto 1.5 mtr from ground level including marking of pole no's with paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for 7 Mtr height GI Octagonal pole foudation of Size 1.5m x 0.55m x 0.55m, footings,columns, postd, pillars etc with 10 mm Iron rods in Verticle and 6 mm dia Iron rods as Stirrups in any location, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI street light pole connected items such as 4 way connector bolts for RYBN Connection, inside the pole of Cable Connector space and MCB SP 'C' series 6 Amps rating also Changing 2.5 sqmm FRLS Cable Lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement pole mounting box FRP type of size 140mm x 140mm x 100 mm, single phase with locking arrangements, including necessary nut, bolt and clamps of the flat iron of size 20mm x 3 mm comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'B' series with proper fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting the existing LT UG cable ( Cable sizes between 3.5 Core x 50 sqmm To 3.5 Corex 400 sqmm of any length) Terminals from both ends of Panel by injecting the Surge voltage(Hipot Testing) and finding the fault by Cable fault reflectometer Machine and make temporary joint with suitable ferruls and lugs and laying back the cable in trench and refilling the excavated soil back complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 40mm dia GI Garden pole Light grade Upto 4 mtrs long for existing garden light pole for replacing unserviceable poles including dimantling existing GI Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of U/S post top lantern LED type 25 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.
