Material and labour for dismantling and taking up CI foot valve 150mm dia from suction gallery (UG sump) at pump house and opening , cleaning with wire brush, removing deposited scales/ foreign materials , rubbing with emery paper and replacing unserviceable gasket, bolts, nuts and worn out parts etc. and refixing back to original position complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-In-Charge.

Flushing out and removing the silt from the existing bore well of size 150mm bore x 75 metres deep using heavy duty air compressor all as specified and as directed. including taking out and lowering of suction pipes/ pump set.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description complete all as directed and specified.

Dismantling of cement concrete of any description complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm grade aggregate as in foundation/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed for valve chambers/Foudation of sign boards/ base for water tanks etc including necessary form work all as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil for pipe trenches all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with approved soil obtained from excavation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for attending break down maintenance of pumping line CI/DI upto 200 mm dia from CJF pump house at Malleshwaram to HQTC main pump house area including necessary earth work to a depth not exceeding 2.0 meter wherever as required using JCB/ Manual according to the site condition and making good the distrubed surfaces / road cuttings by refilling and removing surplus soil to a distance complete all as directed and specified by Engineer in charge. (a) The contractor shall supply/arange any kind of tools & machinery required for the completion of job. (b) Execution of work / attending break down may also occur in the civil area /road crossing. Therefore the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of any precautionery measures while working on public places and strict adherence to the norm as applicables. (c) Any kind of CI/DI Pipe line (200/150 mm) , fittings like collar or bends etc and run lead joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Taking up/ down carefully existing unserviceable/ damaged/ broken CI/ DI pipe line of 200 mm dia with spigot and socket ends including taking down all fittings, burning out the existing lead joints and retrieving the lead all as specified and as directed: - Note : Excavation and earth work where required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
