Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2:3 (1- cement :1 1/2 coarse sand :3- graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of formwork and excludingreinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundations, footings, Base or columns and Mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2:3 (1- cement :1 1/2 coarse sand :3- graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of formwork but excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Vertical and Horizontal fins upto floor two level.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in Position complete upto floor two level (upto 10 to)

Providing and applying anticorrosive treatment with polymer base materials to the steel reinforcement including descaling the dust and applying the preventive coating of approved make (for the R.C.C. structures near coastal area only) etc. complete.

White Stone Bela masonry block in course in superstructure with stone of approved quality in Lime Mortar 1 :5 (1- Cement :5- course sand) including packing the joints etc. complete.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (similar) side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortal 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand)

Providing & laying Granite 18 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dedo and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1- cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing completed as directed by E.I.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters for Doors, windows and clerestory windows including Indian teak wood frames 10 cm x 7 cm. size including anodized aluminum fixtures and fastenings including primer coat of approved quality and two coats of oil painting etc, complete. (ii) Fully Panelled

Providing and laying 24" X 24" Vitrified 8mm thick tile flooring over 20mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring and jointed with colour cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for DARK shade.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
