Operation and maintenance (Routine and Preventive) of water supply system as per the Inventory attached including Submersible Pumps, Booster pumps, monoblock centrifugal pumps, water softening plant, filters all related accessories, panels, starter panels, cables, pipes, valves, instruments etc complete including supply of all required consumables item like resin, salt, etc for smooth running of water supply system as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The item includes all manpower minimum 1 operator round the clock as required. Wireman and one helper in general shift. only on week days.
Providing consumables like salt, resin, for running of softener and miscellaneous material like Gland dori, dhoti, grease etc for the preventive maintenance of Pump installation as required.
Dosing of suitable chlorine for disinfection as required for drinking water including material, manpower, transport etc all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
Replacement of activated carbon in activated carbon filter vessel including removal of existing activated carbon from vessel and fillng the new activated carbon (900 iodine coconut shell), opening of vessel, removal of broken/clogged stainers, unloading old media, gasket, loading new media, closing of vessel with testing and commissioning all complete as required.
Replacement of multigrade media in multi grade filter vessel including removal of media and filling with new multigrade media comprising of gravel, pebbles, graded silica sand to remove suspended solids, opening of vessel, removal of broken/clogged stainers, unloading of media, loading of new media closing of vessel with testing & commissioning all complete as required.
Supplying and installation of Anthracite multigrade filter including loading/ refilling with Anthracite etc, as required.
providing and fixing glisrine gell filled pressure guage 100 mm dia including testing, commissioning the pressure guage suitable for 50 mm dia pipe line complete as required.
Replacement of following items including removal of existing. PP Stainers of required mesh size.
Replacement of following items including removal of existing. SS nuts and bolts of required size.

Supplying and replacing the Bottom stainer of model 4872 (Pentair) in the existing FRP vessel.

Dismantling of existing 10/15 HP Horizontal type Dewatering multistage pump motor set of Kirloskar make and carryout the neccesary repair, rewinding the motor and reassembling the same after required repairs, replacing the defective parts i/e bearing plate,Oil seal, oil, nut-bolts, o-ring, machanical Seal etc i/c carrying the remetaling, turning job as per requirement overhauling the pump set, testing and commissioning taking away the dismantled material and scrape as credit on buy back basis as required.
Dismantling of existing 10/15 HP Horizontal type Dewatering multistage pump motor set of Kirloskar make and Servicing the Pump set i.e. overhauling, greesing, Galnd dory etc testing and commissioning as required.
Rewinding of motor i/c replacement of mechanical seal with suitable size of copper conductor wire, complete with processing of lamination, varnishing, baking etc including testing & commissioning ,taking away the dismental material as credit on by back basis as required for submersible pumps-motor set KIRLOSKER- 5 H.P.
