Dismantling/Taking out old underground cable, service connection cable of any grade/type of size as below from pole/wall/cable duct/underground trench etc, keeping serviceable cables from site complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/ walls or laid under roads/ paths/ drains/ culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge of following sizes below:-

All as per above Item No 2.00 but size 25 sqmm 4.0 core

All as per above Item No 2.00 but size 16 Sqmm 4.0 Core

All as per above Item No 2.00 but size 10 Sqmm 4.0 Core

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and GI Tubing earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation ,laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense/any type soil complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above Item No 4.00 but exc 1.50 but n.exc 3.0m deep complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 40 mm nominal bore , light grade , Galvanised mild steel pipe / tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge by as for cable proction. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

M&L for Boring/drilling horizontal holes under roads/ pavements/ hard standing etc. at a depth as directed below Ground level, of suitable dia to accomodate pipes upto 40mm dia for horizontal boring for passing of cable etc. complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv pole & Supply ,erecting and fixing the true vertical position,steel tubular swaged pole(410 SP-31),09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate,pole cap/final taper plug ,bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire lenght of pole ,including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost of numbering of pole shall be deemed to included in unit rate. (b) Excavation, Earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down old unserviceble and Supply and fix bracket for street light fittings made out GI pipe of light grade 1.2m long 32 mm pipe each bent to shape & size required & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32 x 6 mm MS flat fixed iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Painting to the LT PCC poles with strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole , two coat of white colour cement base paint on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ stricker complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceble and S&F 3.0 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor for post top ligh/street light complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceble and S&F 3.0 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor street light complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceble and S&F 2.0 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminum conductor for street/security light complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT Electric over head line and making clear about 5m in radius and carrying and disposal where directed not exceeding 50m complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective street light/ flood light/post top lantern/ Garden Bollard Light fitting of any size /type/capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location upto 20M height for repair work and fixing back after repair work including de-carbinising the electric connection, checking, inspecting, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Spares like LED Driver etc. shall be measured and paid separetely under relavant items of schedule 'A'. (b) Necessary tools like mobile ladder & other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor repair parts like nuts, bolts, cirle clips, clamps etc required if any at site.

Repairs to High Mast Light upto 20 Mtr height by checking lantern carriage/winch, checking for movement, inspecting the alignment, servicing/greasing of reduction gear box, replacement of broken/defective SS wire rope/ ERP insulated PCP/PVC sheathed trailing cable/power tool motor(reversible) including testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of spares replaced will paid under relevant items. (b) Necessary tools like mobile ladder/Crane machine & other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor repair parts like nuts, bolts, cirle clips, clamps, cleaning, greasing, lubricating of parts etc required if any at site.

Supply, fixing and testing Street light automatic Nature switch of capacity 5 KW single phase complete with using infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Nautral Light Lux* level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for swiching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of minimum 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitable power contactor(s) and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall/panel mountable Rust proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure (with Hinged LID) conforming to IP66 protection class-2. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation(i.e Sensor By-Pass option), complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
