Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift as initial of 10 M and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches for laying of pipes for water supply works in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravel soil including refilling the sides of foundation in layer of 15m thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Solvent Cement

Lowering PVC/ DWSC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Supply and delivery of Electric Monoset centrifugal pump conforming to IS 9079:2002 as amended from time to time, with CI FG 200 Casing, hydraulically and dynamically balanced Bronze grade LTB-2 impeller, impeller ring and casing ring, stainless steel shaft capable of discharging required quantity of water against a total head noted below due to all causes. Pump shall of BEE 3 Star Rated and capable of discharging the specified quantity at the head noted at the minimum NPSHA at site conditions. The shut off head shall be atleast 25% over and above the head at duty point. The pump shall be suitable for operation in AC three phase, 415 V+/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- 5%. Squirrel cage induction motor for continuous operation. The speed of the Pump and Motor shall be not less than 2700 to 2900 RPM respectively.

Labour Charges for erection of Horizontal shaft, centrifugal pumpset (Coupled/ Monoblock) in bore well/Open well including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPIC switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., complete and operating the pumps and trial run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities.
