Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45mm)

Supply and laying 100 mm dia medium class GI pipe direct in ground including execavation existing pavement size of 75cm (depth), and refilling etc as required

AFL Cable & allied works Supply of Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Single Core, Copper Conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification of the following sizes as required . i) 16 sq mm

Laying of one number XPLE power cable 1.1 KVgrade of Size not exceeding 25 sqmm in the existing RCC / HUME / STONE WARE / Metal pipe as reqd.

Laying of one number XPLE power cable 1.1KVgrade of Size not exceeding 25 sqmm in the existing masonary open duct as reqd.

laying of 90mm dia ( OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal ) size DWC HDPE pipe complete with the accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc/fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (20 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing & fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing surface / recessed / alongwith cable in cable trench / pipe as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following inner dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with G.I. fittings including cutting the runway/ Hard Rock up to 250mm and re-filling the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc. as required. 50 mm

Making field connections by crimping of 16sq mm size plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5KV grade airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent materil applying PVC insulation tape etc as reqd.

Provision of Submersible Pump & allied works Supply of 7.5 HP Horizontal, openwell 3 phase submersible pump with anti corrosion material coated cast iron/SS body having 100mmX 100mm inlet/outlet pipe and discharge capacity of 1750 LPM(nominal) at head of 10-12Mtr(nominal) suitable for working on 415V, 50 Hz AC supply etc complete as required.

Installation of 7.5 HP openwell Submersible pump including evacuation of existing water tank, lowering/lifting of pump,fixing of pump with suitable nuts/bolts along with provision of Steel chain with hooks for lowering/lifting arrangement of pump, Electrical connection ,Testing of pump, and submission of report to AAl etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Dust & vermin proof indoor wall mounted, powder coated fully automatic Star Delta Starter panel suitable for 415VAC, 50 Hz Submersible pump including Build in 3KVA heavy duty Capacitor, protection/prevention from single phase & overload Ammeter ,Voltmeter, LED indicator lamps ,push button for ON/OFF operation etc complete as required.

Supply of wall mounted, weather proof cable junction box for 10-25 sq.mm. cable with IP-65 or above degree of protection with in-built terminals, knockouts for cable entry etc. complete as required.

Supply of 3CX6 sq.mm. 1.1kv grade XLPE/PVC Insulated and PVC Sheath flat Copper cable for submersiblepump etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Size Upto 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply of 100mm dia medium class GI pipe conforming to IS etc complete as required.

Laying & Fixing of 100mm Dia medium class GI pipe from the pump inside the tank as required to fill the water in the CFT's from the top at desired location including, 4" pipe bends, 8"/desired size M.S. flange, nuts bolts, MS angle for pipe support at base, Painting of exposed pipeline and minor misc. work (welding etc for leakproof joints) etc complete as required.

Demolishing nominal concrete 1:2:4 or richer mix cement floor/road manually or by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead for cable laying etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing in position of 32mm dia medium class GI pipe in 1:3:6 or richer mix cement concrete including good the same etc repairing of floor and making good the complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25mm ISI marked of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 25 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for 3C X 6 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Copper conductor Submersible cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Miscellaneous Works: Dismantling of Existing MV Panel from DVOR site and transporting of the same and handed over to the AAI store within lead of 1KM as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Safety Equipments: Providing of set of 4 Nos. 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red oxide paint and written with white paint ‘FIRE’ and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity i/c filling sand etc.

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class A, 2mm thick suitable for all voltages not exceeding 3.3 KV AC and 240V DC system meeting requirements of IS 15652:2006 tested for breakdown strength, tensile/elongation, aging properties, insulation resistance, effect to acid, alkaline, diesel, transformer oil & leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000 mm ±20 mm along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc. in what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site conditions and as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing shock treatment chart both in Hindi & English duly mounted on a wooden frame with 3 mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.00 sq. metre)

Supply and fixing safety instruction chart both in Hindi & English duly framed with 3 mm thick glass as required. (approximate front area 1.00 sq. metre)

Supply of First aid box containing material as prescribed by St. John Ambulance brigade (Applicable for medium risk) OR Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 2217-1963 complete as required.

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2 mm thick & vitreous enamelled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as read. Medium Voltage – size 200 mm x 150 mm

Providing Single Line Diagram on 5mm thick Aluminium sheet in A0 Size duly laminated as per IS Standard.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required
