M&L for grouting the gaps around the pipe/insert with Smart Care General Purpose Grout, a non shrink cementitious waterproof grout. The 'Nahani' trap, etc is to be fitted securely in the same manner & the gaps around is to be grouted with non shrink Grout. This shall confirm the following standards : ASTM C 109-1999 18, ASTM C 1107, Grade C complete as per instructions. Providing 3 coats of SmartCare PU Magnum and 40-50 gms polyester fleece sandwiched between 1st and 2nd coats completely up to the top edge of the pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coving & Treatment of all concrete defects in the following manner (a) to (d) :- (a) Opening the joints/crack such as cold joint, construction joints, cracks, corner joints and areas around honeycomb in the RCC of raft slab and column/footing/retaining wall by forming V/U shape groove with approx 25 mm x 25 mm size thereafter providing and applying SmartCare Repair polymer thereafter sealing the groove with 'Smart Care Repair Mortar' .

(b) Injection grouting wherever required, grouting the joints through PVC injection nozzles fixed @ 1 M c/c or less, using cement slurry grout with Smart Care Injection grout added @ 250 gms per bag of cement to full saturation etc complete.

(c) Primer - Providing and applying two component water base epoxy primer AP SC PU Primer on bare slab @ 50% water dilution.

(d) The entire area shall be taken up for thorough surface preparation with compressed air blow and mechanical removal of debris, laitance, etc. It shall be water proofed with a mechanical spray application at an average thickness of 1.5 mm supplying and applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating Asian Paints SmartCare Hypertron - Hybrid Polyurea is a solvent free two component high performance polyurea hybrid based waterproofing membrane with an elongation of >700% as per ISO 527, tensile strength >13Mpa as per ISO 527 and Shore a hardness of 85 as per ISO 868. The coating shall conform to European Standard for fire protection, Stringent German FLL Standard for root resistance, BBA & ETAG 005 Certification. The system consists of two components i.e Polyol and Isocynate prepolymer and is designed for use through 1:1 volumetric spray equipment @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm.

(e) M&L loosely lay 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 100 mm wide overlap after which drain boards and soling can be allowed
