Flood protection work on left bank of River Sirijholi Nalla from village Gulumunda to Panasaguda of Vansadhara right in Rayagada District.

Earth work in excavation in filling in any approved type of soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 5 km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers including construction, maintenance, watering lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. and running charges of all machineries,royality of earth, cess etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition.)

Watering earthwork upto OMC condition and compaction by sheepfoot rollers and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition.)

Providing dry rubble rock toe/ Launching apron with blasted and quarried hard stones of 30 cm and above from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including dumping on slopes, filling interstices with small stones and wedged and packing surface to proper line and level including fixing wave breaker etc complete with all cost, conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF, EMF & taxes on all materials and machineries excluding GST but including quality control charges & cess with all leads, lifts and delifts and all labour required for the work etc. complete as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section and no deduction towards voids will be made).

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using 15cm to 30cm size hard broken stone of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and placing the surface to proper line and level,dumping of stones, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with all cost, conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF, EMF & taxes on all materials and machineries excluding GST but including quality control charges & cess with all leads, lifts and delifts and all labour required for the work etc. complete as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fine dressing and turfing of slopes of the embankment with approved quantity of compact dub grass including collection and supplying the same from approved site, including loading and unloading, conveyance charges,royalty and other taxes on all materials, with all leads, lift and delifts, and as per the approved designs, drawings, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges to complete the item of work and supplying of all machineries and equipments and their running maintenance charges,inclusive of materials and labour required for the work,supervision charges,including cost of watering and making arrangements for survival of the grass till its full growth etc. complete in all respects (measurement will be taken after full survival of growth of grass.)

Earthwork in excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts for base stripping including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of unutilized excavated soil away from work site in the specified spoil yard with all leads, lifts and delifts, including dewatering, trimming of slopes and bed with all labour & machineries required for the work, cess and taxes but excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as per the approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section).
