To perform such services and execute such works covered under "Term Contract for Artificers Work" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Tender documents and upon the condition as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates of 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with errata/amendment 1(a) & (b), 2 & 3 and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part - II (Rates) at Such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contracts) Note:(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the specified column of this BOQ excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below MES standard Schedule of rates Part-II, 2020. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term contract. Seperate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (iv)Irrespetive of Quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ ,Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percetage (Excess/Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer.
