Providing and fixing Chequered tiles on centre verge in Industrial Area Ph-I, Chandigarh

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas ( exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (DSR 2.6.1 Deduct item no. 2.36 as per DSR)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (DSR 1.1.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified rade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources (DSR 4.1.10)

Providing and fixing 300x300mm heavy duty chequerred tiles of ISI Marked and name of manufacturer embedded, rubber molded as per ISI Code 13801:2013 of 25mm thick with minimum 6mm thick top layer with white cement heavy duty polished with acrylic based coating, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles on 20mm thick bed cement mortar 1:4 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge (N.S)

Dismantling of Kerb and channels and stacking the serviceable kerb and channel properly at site and disposal of the unserviceable kerb and channel average lead of 2 Km (N.S)

Fixing of old kerb after excavating / filling the earth to required level and grade complete in all respect. The rate also includes cost of filling and pointing of joints with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement 4 coarse sand).(N.S)

Providing and Laying PCC kerbs of size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 0'-4'' thickness at bottom and 0'-3” thickness at top duly vibrated, mechanically & compacted made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further includes filling of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand) after earth work in excavation/filling and removing the same from site of work complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
