M&l for RCC M25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates in footing etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L For Mild steel framed work as in gates including pintol hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted of forged into spikes conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour haveng strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified .

M&L for 20mm thick granite black slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as columns & like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface, work in soft disintergreted rock complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Fe 410-w(Gde E 250)quality A rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieaces cleats etc

S&F MS plates plain or chequered square cut or notched forming holes drilled or welded any thickness complete.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, wall etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 1 above but with cable size 2.5 sqmm for switch socket outlet point 16 A on independent board including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper earth continuity conductor as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and laying of DWC pipe of size 50/38 mm dia (outer dia) with coupler including passing the LT Cables of size 16-70 sqmm through the DWC pipe in trench/duct/on wall (with clamp) for protection of cable all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification. Note : Result of the earthing should be less then 4 ohms if not achieved the new earthing to be carried out without any extra cost.
