Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) with cement contents not less than 250kg(Two hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying Non pressure NP-2 class(light duty) RCC pipes including collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2(1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 450mm dia including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-25(M-twenty five )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement (Sail/RINL/Shyam steel Tisco, Jindal panther (JSPL) make)for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Steel (Tata/Sail)work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar worksincluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
