Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Each tenderer in his name should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as O&M of MVS work of value not less than Rs. 20.20 lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract Executed in any one year O&M of rural MVS scheme). Work order and successful completion certificate shall be submitted which ought to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The successful bidder further submit through e-portal on availability by owning at least 50 per of the required/speicified key and critical equipment for this work the remaining 50 per can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc) for availability for this work are furnished (Four wheeler No 01 Two wheelers, No-Copy Of Purchase Invoice/Hire agreement along with Copy Of Purchase Invoice from owner)

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (In all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 40.40 lakhs (not less than one times the estimated O&M cost of first year and rounded off to next whole number) (Audited statement and balance sheet certified by the ICAI registered auditor must be submitted for the relevant years.)

Bidder should submit existing commitments & ongoing works to be completed during the next 05 Years in the prescribed format only. The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.)
