Painting and civil maintenance to the LH tower at Rosen Point Lighthouse

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetaion,grass,brush wood , trees and sapling of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared, including supply of labour, tools etc complete as directed engineer in charge

Painting two coats on previously painted masonary tower and GI Trestle Lighthouse tower with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint as per existing bands of approved brand (Asian /Berger / Dulux / Nerolac high glossy) to give an even shade and appyling primer wherever required and as directed at site after scrapping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, including cost of labours, materials, tools, scaffloding etc.complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats on previously painted interior surface of the Lighthouse tower with interior acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade scarpping,brooming,sand papering,cleaning, washing the surface.at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials,labours,tools,scaffolding etc.complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

Providing Second Class Teak/Padauk wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length finished with synthetic enamel over a coat of wooden primer including cost of all materials, tools and plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing Second class teak/padauk wood fully panelled door (double leaf) 35 mm thick shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, finished with melamine polish over a coat of wooden primer including ISI marked Brass pressed butt hinges (heavy type) : 100x85x5.5 mm bright finished with necessary brass screws, Aluminium tower bolt (barrel type) 250x10mm, Aluminium handles 125 mm with plate 175x32 mm, Aluminium sliding bolts 300x16 mm and Aluminium single rubber door stopper including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Repairing sliding type fully glazed single leaf aluminium window with aluminium frame work, Aluminium grill 4 mm thick, glass and all other Aluminium fixtures like tower bolts, handles, hooks & eyes etc., stainless steel butt hinges, supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete

Replacing top hand railing with 40mm dia G.I pipe of approved brand as per existing railing and as directed, cutting threaded,welding,fabricating after joinery of required size after removing the demanged hand railing ,cutting hole in RCC slabs for fixing the hand rail .grouting with cement concrete(1:2:4) and making good the damaged to the RCC slabs,walls etc.including cost of all materials, labours,tools and for the painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of steel primer etc. complete as directed engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing steel gate as per direction at site including all fittings and fixtures supply of all labours,tools materials etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Hiring mechanized dinghy for transportation of officials for supervision during the painting work including hire charges of dinghy, fuel,running cost etc. complete as directed
