Providing coarse clean local sand in filling in foundation or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all material, labour, royalty and taxes All complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes royalty, all complete, as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in retaining wall , return wall, wall(any thichness) including attched pilasters, columns, piers, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, olain window sill, fillets, sunken floor etc, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1.5:3 (cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomonal size)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, proping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of colounms, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering shuttering complete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) :3 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing reinforcement (Round bar confirming to I.S 432 dia in mm)(I.S.2062 Gr A) of 10 mm. & 12 mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing with cutting, bending, and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing rods in position (including carriage of bars to work site ) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (10mm & 12mm dia (TMT coil Fe 500) (only vilid for Tata (Tiscon), SAIL, JSPL, Electrosttel Steel Ltd. Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)

Disposal of excavated earth up to 1km including loading unloading and tacking in position
