Repair and Maintenance works associated with Runway Taxiway cables at DABH Airport, Indore

Supply of 4 core x 4 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC innersheathed unarmoured copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-I) with upto date amendments etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE cable of size 4 core x 4 sq. mm in the existing GI pipe etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 25 mm dia "B" class G.I. pipe with G.I. fittings including alignment of GI pipe with the existing Housing box and fitting, after cutting the Runway/Taxiway upto minimum width & depth suitable for laying pipe of size upto 25 mm dia with the help of suitable cutting machine and mechanical means and disposal of debris and also making good the surface after pipe is laid, by providing and laying in position ready mix bitumen/ road bond for bituminous surface etc. complete as required.

SITC of Transformer Housing Box of size 750 x 400 x 300 mm [depth], all sides and bottom are made out of 6mm thick MS sheet and top cover made out of 10 mm thick MS sheet having clear hole of 216 mm dia with 6 Nos. M-10 size threaded holes on the top for fixing of fixture base plate, 01 No. 25 mm dia drain hole in bottom and suitable holes to enable entry of 40/50mm dia for GI pipe entry for incoming and outgoing cables, provision and fixing of two nos. cadmium plated earthing bolts with nuts and washers etc. to enable earth connection including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black enamel paint etc. complete as required
