M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 , using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straightor curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness emoved or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolation Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing soil excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair APP based polymeric menbrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm land on primed surface by forced application complete including 15mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surface all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any face in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.to match with existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any face in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.to match with existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of Old surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls by completely scraping/removing the existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and 2-3 mm wall care putty (JK or Birla) complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls by completely scraping/removing the existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2-3 mm wall care putty (JK or Birla) complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of New surface (Plastered or un plastered) on ceiling and applying two coats of white wash over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured ceremic tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm thick as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 in cement mortar, set and jointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed.

M & L ceremic tiles coloured of size 600 x 100 mm x 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting etc over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, set and jointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

M&L for snap grid ceiling with E- bord 600x600mm and 4mm thick incl providind aluminium alloy anodised at edges 25x25x1.5mm along the pheripery of wall and tee section 38x38x1.5mm at intermediate intersections other then edges both ways fixed with 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed. . Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed.
