The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.
In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.
In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.
The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.
Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.
A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.
A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.
Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.
Similar type of experience in supplying minimum 80% of the quantity as per schedule of requirement of this tender for each item likes of Solid waste processing machineries Magnetic Seperator, 45 Feet Flat belt Conveyor,25 feet Inclined belt conveyor , to Government organization or Government Institutions or Public sector Units (PSU) from atleast One year in last 5 years (2023-24,2024-25,2025-26) (relevant documents should be furnished). The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design.
Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources of not less than Rs.8.84 lakhs . as per the format in the Tender document from nationalized bank.
Financial turnover of the tenderer or firm should have the average financial turn over of 59.00 Lakh from last five financial years. CA certificate of turn over from last 5 years i.e, year2020-21, 2021-2022 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 and 2024-25 with UDIN Number.
The bidder should have valid Trade licence /Factory license as per company act (relevant documents should be furnished).
The bidder should have valid GST registration and GST paid challens of last 3 years (relevant documents should be furnished).
Authorized manufacturer or a representative/dealer of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided ,The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC.).
No Black list certificate should be submitted for this particular bid mentioning bid number in stamp paper . Note: Old no black list certificate and certificate on letter head is not considered.
Valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate from recognized auditing agency should be submitted.
Tender conditions and Technical Specification and related conditions in the technical specification including Guarantee and other service related condition acceptance certificate with letter head with sign and seal to be submitted.
The tenderer or bidder should read and acknowledge the Price Schedule, Technical specification and other conditions attached with this tender document before submitting Technical and Financial bid.
The tenderer should have Authorised service centres in the state of Karnataka and details should be submitted. The tenderer who does not have service cetre in the state of Karnataka should open one centre in Karnataka before the issue of work order and acknowledgement for the same is to be submitted.
