CONCERTINA COIL

M & L for fixing of punched type concertina coil (PTTC 610 mm dia having 50 turns and weighing approx 8.75 kg +- 5% and stretches to cover a distance of 5-7 meter.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fix LED Lamp 10W

Supply and Fix LED street lights fitting 1x25 W, 220V, including GI bracket, 1.5 meter bent to shape and mate out of 25mm dia GI light grade pipe and fixed with suitable size of clamps complete with connecting up with three core copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, Installing, Testing and commissioning, factory made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet and tested including CPRI type test certified, LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type, Platform mounted suitable for 415 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz 3 Phase AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium TPN bus bar 200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulator. The scope of work includes the following :- INCOMING (i) MCCB 4 pole,160 Amps 25KA-01 No (ii) Aluminium bus bar 250 Amps with insulator-04 Nos (iii) Digital Voltmeter range , 0-500 Volt -01 Nos (iv) LED indicating lamp - 01 Nos ( for RYB Phase) - 01 Nos (v) CT: 1000/ 5A -03 Nos OUTGOING (i) MCCB TPN, 63 Amps10KA -04 No (iii) MCB DP 20 Amps 10 KA -04 Nos (iii) Multifunctional digital time switch ( astrorex D21) supply voltage 220-240 volts AC 50 Hz and output -8 Amps 250 volts A (iv) Space for MCB DP,10 Amps 10 KA -01 Nos (v) Power contractor 3 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz 63 Amps open with standard coil voltage 240/220 volts.

Supply and fix GI bracket 01 Nos made out of GI tubing light grade 40mm bore and 1.50 mtr length bent to shape, fixed to pole at suitable height with 01 cap suitable at the top of street light tubler pole fixing the street light fitting and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Street light fitting shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing position new sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 155mm x 210 mm x 92mm depth. The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on procelain insulaotors including one No MCB SP 230 volts 6 Amps and connectin the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI nuts , bolts & wahers complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & installation of High mast light 15 Meter height suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M & L for construction of valve pit chamber having internal dimention 900mm x 900mm x 600mm (internal height) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 D2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, incl. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beding and coping and 10 mm thiCk cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron frame al round the fixed point by means of 04 Nos holdfast 150 mm long 9 made out of flat iron 40 X 6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 250 X 200 X 150 mm incl. provision of hinges welded with MS cover 3 mm thick, MS handle of suitable and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement incl. 65 mm dia Godrej pad lock and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl. necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

ROAD, PATH & CULVERT

S & F of Cat Eye or Road Stud complete all as per manufacturer insturction.

S & F of Convex mirror of 800mm Dia including all necessary accessories complete all as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L Cement Concrete Work in Pavement/Hard-standing of Flexure Strength 40Kg/Per Square Centimeter in Field using 400Kg of Cement per cubic meter,thickness of Concrete 25 cm or less including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Construction, dummy (Construction) and expansion joints shall be measured and shall be paid under respective items of respective schedule. (ii) Design Mix shall be got approved by GE before execution of work on ground.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Hume pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and Sullage water,excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation,vent shaft ,connection etc Complete.(For 10 Users)

Soakage wells of 1.6m external dia X 3.50 meter effective depth for 10 users including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 in foundation, dry brick musonry in cm 1:4 with top RCC cover in M25 C1 cover including inter connecting pipes of SWG, filling with brick bats and plinth protection complete all as shown in drawing number DZ-1124-R sheet 1/1 dated 14/5/2004.

S&F steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) man hole covers medium duty circular of size 500 mm dia and 80 mm thick with MS handle all as complete.

AREA DRAINAGE

S&F steel fiber reinforcement concrete (SFRC) drain cover with perforated holes factory made of size 0.50m x 1m x 0.75mm thick complete all as specified & directed.
