Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials).

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Earth work from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Labour charges for collecting or taking out displaced cement concrete or brick blocks of all sizes from slope, bed or apron and relaying the same in canal bed or slopes including clearing, dressing, ramming and preparing bed with necessary earthwork complete within a lead of 200 metre and all lifts complete.

Labour charges for collecting scattered bricks from slope, bed or apron and stacking the same above ground within a lead of 100 metre and all lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Earthwork in closing ghoges in embankments including cutting, filling, puddling with water and ramming including all leads and lifts, if necessary.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4). (a) In foundation and plinth

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Providing and laying pre-cast brick block pitching of required size (53 Cm. x 53 Cm, x 25 Cm. or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ) with 1st class kiln burnt bricks in cement mortar including flush pointing on all faces except exposed face which to be plastered with 19 m.m. thick cement plaster , curing, dressing, ramming & preparing subgrade in slopes & bed complete with necessary earth work not exceeding 300 mm in depth with all leads & lifts including cost of all materials/ blocks up to site by all means of transport. The gap between adjacent blocks will not be more than 10 m.m. (Sand, cement mortar mix for making blocks, pointing & plastering is1:4).

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. i) Pakur Variety.

Labour charges for relaying and replacing the displaced dry brick pitching by old bricks including dressing and preparing bed with necessary earth work upto 30 cm depth complete including filling gaps with powdered earth or local sand, including collection of bricks within a lead of 50 metre and finishing the same as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. c) 20.00 cm thick

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. (d) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern over a layer of brick flat (thickness 125 mm plus 75 mm)

Taking out old existing unservicable damaged gate shutter of canal/river completely after disengaging from hoisting system completely for installation of new gate shutter. The work includes cutting of gates into suitable pieces by gas cutting, removing the same by mechanical means or suitable crane, stacking all the pieces at the suitable place or as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a lead of 1000 m. The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling and cost of consumables like oxygen, accetylene gas, welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like chain pulley block, gas set, grinding machine, welding set, tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading. The cost of complete dismantling of hoisting system & cost of old unservisable materials handed over to departmental godown including loading & unloading will be provided extra. (a ) Gate shuteer size upto 4.00 sq.m

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Flap/Fall board shutter of Canal/River as per IS; 5620 - 2000/Latest revision consisting of steel plate, vertical and horizontal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/ latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries, Manpower, Cutting, Aligning drilling, weldeing, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries, Manpower, Cutting, Machining, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting) (xvi) Bush (GM)
