The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 test report and including connection for street light from pole box with 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, 1100 Volts grade ISI marked including addition / alteration in bracket (if required) for fixing light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. S&F Energy efficient decorative ultra slim, prewired, lumiline 20 watt LED light fitting (Day cool light), batten type with drive & polycarbonate housing including tube rod and all accessories prewired fixed on wall / hanging complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Havells Cat Part No.:- LHETAVU7PA7J030/Crompton Cat Part TRP-415-30-57-SL-LM-NBK/Wipro Cat Part D912065 or equivalent cat part of Make as specified in Appendix "A".

Notes for srl Item No 55 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

S&F as in repair flush mounting factory made SPN DB 8 way, 240 Volt, Double door, IP-43 protection, IK-09 with metal door with 100 Amps copper bus bar, with neutral bar, earth bar and cables ties for cable management fully insulated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair flush mounting factory made TPN DB 4 way, 415 Volt, Double door, IP-43 protection, IK-09 with metal door with 200 Amps copper bus bar, with 02 neutral bar, 02 earth bar and cables ties for cable management fully insulated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps, thermal magnetic release having, breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 Volt in the exisitng VTPN DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole 240 Volts, 10 KA, ‘C’ Curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair MCB 40-63 Amps, SPN, 240 Volts, 10 KA, ‘C’ Curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair MCB 25-63 Amps, TP, 415 Volts, 10 KA, ‘C’ Curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Sub main wiring complete with 2 single core 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLSH drawn in and including heavy duty PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia concealed including single core multistranded copper conductor 6 Sqmm size cable as earth continuous wire drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge Note : Two runs of 6 Sqmm single core cable and one run of 6 sqmm copper wire earth continuty conductor and conduit with fittings shall be measured as one length.

S&F as in repair street light bracket made out of 32mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.20m long , bent to shape at 120 degree angle from vertical fixed along pole with and dirlling holes including required number of clamp made out of Flat iron 25mm x 6mm with nuts, bolts ,washers etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint including any addition / alteration (if required) for fixing street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
