Making Bandi / Coffer Dam by Banking available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 3.00 m and removal of the same by excavating including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 3.00 m, as directed by Engineer-in- charge. All kinds of soil.

Supply of manual labour for removig floating material, malba, grass, polythene garbage and other waste material from the bed/side/bank of drain in or under water and foul condition.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with Cement Brick size 230MMx110MMx75MM of C&D product brick of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster.

Providing & fixing hard drawn steel wire mesh fabric 75x25mm of weight not less than 7.75 kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm and T-Iron 50x50x6mm with flat iron size of 20x5 mm including cutting,welding, hoisting abd fixing in position with RCC railing and applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and a manufaccturer etc. complete. As per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charger.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 Kg. of cement ( 43 grade OPC) per cum of concrete in roads/ streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ regard setting of concrete to improve workability wit out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , leveling to required slope and camber, finishing by floating and brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contractor/expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joints filler and sealants, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge( Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant item). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400 Kg/cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payale/recoverable separately M-30 RC using minimum cement @ 400 Kg/cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant(RC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.
