Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains,pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated soil and desposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. All kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: (1:4:8 ) (40 mm nominal size)

P/L in position specified grade of R/F cement concrete excluding the cost of centering finishing shuttering and R/fment upto level in 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5course sand :3 stone aggregate)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including shuttering propping etc and removal of form work A) Foundation footing bases of column etc for mass concrete.

R.R Masonary with hard stone of quarry stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up at specified levels with cement concrete 1:6:12 agg.20mm size at plinth with cement mortar 1:6

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregates 12.5 nominal size)

Providing and fixing local sundried mud brick including carriage.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding complete.

Providing wood work in frames of door ,window celestory window & other frames wrought frames & fixed in position.(1st class kail)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows using 10kg /sqm (40mm thick) float glass panes including ISI marked M,S pressed bult ginge bright finished of required size with necessary screws (1st class kail wood )(35mm)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed for doors,windows,clerestory windows including ISI marked MS pressed but hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelled which will be paid for separately all complete as per direction of engineer.(30mm).

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade 1or graded wood particle board IS:3087 marked to frame,backing or studding with screws etc .complete (frames,backing or studding to be separately) 12mm thick plywood.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S sliding door with nuts and screws etc .complete(250x16mm).

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S tower bolt black finished (barrel type )with necessary screws etc.window(150x10mm).

P/F aluminium handles ISI marked anodized(anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour shade with necessary screws etc. window (75mm).

P/F aluminium hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to req.colour or shade with necessary screws etc.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of req. shade Qty vide as per item no.22

Painting with synthetic enamels paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over am under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long incl.fixing to frames with 10mm bolts and nuts wooden plungs embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1cement:3course sand:6stone agg)20mm nominal size.

12mm thick plaster of mix 1:4(1cement:4sand mortar)

Rough cast plaster upto 10mtr height above ground level with mixture of sand and gravel of crusher agg. From 6mm-10mm size fresh plaster in two layer under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 mixed top layer cement plaster 1:3 mixed

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plartered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with its quality acryclic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer & of required shade/colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

P/F wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws,plugs and primary coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class kail wood.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Dumping of stone including cost of stones.in horizontal on level.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using nallah stone without bond stone

Providing and fixing thermal insulation of ceiling (under deck insulation) with specified glass wool conforming to IS: 8183,50mm thick ,wrapped in 200 G virgin polythene bags fixed to ceiling with metallic cleats (50x50x3mm)@60cm c/c and wire mesh of 12.5mm x 24g wire for top most ceiling of building ,with resin bondedrock wool with density 48kg/cum.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.I brackets,C.P brass with rubber plug 40mm C.P brass trap with necessary C.P brass unions complete incl.painting of fittings and brackets,cuttings and making good the walls wherever required:size 450x300x150mm

P/F P.V.C waste pipe for sink or wash basin incl.P.V.C waste fitting complete.40mm dia.

P/F 100mm sand iron grating for gully,floor or Nahani trap.40mm dia.

P/F PTMT waste coupling for wash basin and sink,of approved quality and colour.waste coupling 21mm of 79mm length and 62mm breadth weighing not less than 45gms.

P/F 3 layer PP-R (poly propylene Random copolymer)pipes SDR 7.4UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded,having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply incl.all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fiting I/C fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.(internal work exposed on wall)

P/F C.P brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810gms 15mm nominal bire.

Marble work gang saw cut(polished and machine cut)for wall lining (veneer work) in cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3coarse sand) incl. with white cement mortar 1:2(1 white cement : 2 marble dust ) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade (to be secured to the backing by means of cramos,which shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to I.S :15622 ( thicness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours ,shades except burgundry , bottle green ,black of any size as approved by Engineer-in -charge in skirting,risers of steps and dedos over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm including pointing in qty.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels ) polyethylene water storage tank ISI :12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet,outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank capacity=500 litre
