NOTE FOR ITEMS NO. 1.01 TO 1.06 :-(i) The rates quoted against respective items shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher and not less than all all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher and less than the prevelent rates for all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (ii) All the quoted rates shall include applicable rate of GST. (iii) Quotations with ‘NIL’ or ‘Zero’ consideration against Over head and profit shall be considered as non-bonafide. Outsourcing of services for manning and operation for Main Receiving Station round the clock (03 shifts of 08 hours each per day) including Sundays and holidays by deploying of 02 skilled electrician in each shift (i.e total 06 Nos of skilled electrician per day) including daily check, testing and maintenance as per schedule and all as specified and directed .

Contractor's overheads and profit.

NOTE: Details of equipments / machineries installed and the various activities covered under outsourcing duty are given here as under and rate shall be deem to be included for the followings :- a) Uniform shall be provided by the contractor. b) The work shall be carried out by sufficient tradesman on any LT/HT cable/33KV yard/VCBs/Distribution Transformers/ any type of complaints. c) Fire safety precaution shall be taken in MRS to minimise the risk of fire and damage in the event of fire. d) All telephone calls shall be attended round the clock. e) Under no circumstances the Power house shall be left unmanned f) Sufficient trades men shall attend to HT fuse calls in the domestic area round the clock and restore the power supply within one hour from fault time and intimate to the concern Engineer-in-charge /JE concerned. g) First aid box containing medicine / dressing materials shall be provided by the contractor. h) Supervisor having thorough knowledge of HT/LT distribution lines and ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with five years’ experience . j) Electrician having thorough knowledge of HT/LT distribution lines and ITI in Electrical with three years’ experience . (k) Two mobile phone provided by the contractor for regular communications and regular re- charge as required

(A) DETAILS OF EQUIPMENTS IN MAIN RECEIVING SUB STATION:- (i) 33/11 KV yard which includes take over point and metering cubical with CT/PT arrangement. (ii) 11 KV and 33 KV VCB's along with bus coupler-15 Nos. (iii) 11 KV switch yard with AB switches, HT change over switch. (iv) 33/11 KV Power Transformer up to 02 MVA capacity - 02 No’s . (v) Distribution Transformer - 02 No's. (vi) DG Sets 320 KVA capacity - 01 No . (vii) LT Panel -1 No. (viii) Control relay panels 33 KV - 03 No's (ix) UPS 230 volts - 04 No's (B) ACTIVITIES COVERED UNDER MAINT / OPERATION :- (i) Switching ON/OFF of feeder VCB are carried out strictly as per standing instruction. (ii) Maintenance and cleaning of the station yard, premises, 33 / 11KV yard including cutting of grass & bushes. (iii) Periodically watering, testing and recording earth resistance values in MRS as directed. (iv) Recording hourly reading as per log sheets. (v) Maintenance of battery banks for auxiliary supply. (vi) Maintenance, time setting of relays of HT panels.

(vii) Attending breakdown in the system and rectification of faults without time lag. (viii) Dusting cloths, graphite paste or powder, grease, cotton waste, insulation tapes LT & HT , fuse wire for LT / HT , provide by the contractor for maint of MRS. (ix) Attending breakdown of HT residential feeders complete up to distribution transformers. (x) Making good jumper connections etc. (xi) Daily, Weekly, Monthly checks and maintenance of the DG Sets as per schedule. Including switching on/off during power failures as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2. Servicing & testing on/off load of HT VCBs 11 KV ( Make: Easun Reyrolle, Megawin) decarbonising complete contact points, meggering , relay setting by current injection method, re-setting of trip time delay etc including oiling/greasing to movable parts and replacement of burnt/unserviceable parts, replacement of neoprene gasket of the panel shutters, including checking of control wiring all as specified and as directed. Note : 1Test reports of VCB submit in AGE E/M sub division by the contractor. 2 .Spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant items herein after.

Supply only the following items during servicing/repair of HT VCB 11 KV all as specified & directed :- (a) HBC fuse links HT 12 KV AC 10A / 20 A / 25 A

(b) Heater Unit , 230 volts , with thermostat complete with wiring suitable for 11 KV HT VCBs .

(c) LED Indicating Lamps / Trip Fuse Button

(d) . CT for HT 11 KV , of ratio 5/50/5/100 Amp as per existing , size and shape all as specified & directed .

(e ) Epoxy insulators HT 11 KV suitable for providing spacing between bus bar and panels of 11000 Volt grade, shape as per existing at site all as specified & directed .

(f) Digital voltmeter for HT panel / HT VCB 11 KV all as specified and as directed.

(g) Digital Amp meter for HT panel / HT VCB 11 KV all as specified and as directed.

(h) Jaw Contacts of HT VCB 11 KV as per existing .

(J) Shunt trip coil 30 V DC suitable for 11 KV indoor type VCB including testing on load complete .

(k) Closing coil 30 V DC suitable for 11 KV outdoor type VCB including testing on load complete .

(l) HBC fuse links HT VTF for PTs 11 KV

(m) TNC switch suitable for auxiliary supply 24V DC (Make : Switron)

(q) HT panel shutter/base plate made up of 2mm CRCA sheet as per existing size including neoprene gasket and screws as per existing bore size in order to ensure complete packing of the HT panel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing & testing on/off load of HT 33 KV control relay panel with Schneider make 3 ph o/c earth fault numeric relay MICOM P111, 6 Nos Alstom make auxiliary relays, 01 No Alstom make master trip relay, operational DC voltage 30 volt DC including primary current injection for its best tripping operation and checking of DC circuits simultation check of all auxiliary relays for its trip/alarm signal complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Test reports of Control relay panel submit in AGE E/M sub division by the contractor. 2 . Spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant items herein after.

TNC switch suitable for auxiliary voltage 30V DC (Make : L&T)

S&F Auxillary relay 30V DC rating Model : VAA 33ZG8344BCH of Alstom make.

Material and laying 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick in substation premises, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measurement shall be specified in preambles of SSR Part II on serial page No 52 of SSR Part II.

M&L laying 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick in substation premises, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measurement shall be as specified in preambles of SSR Part II on serial page No 52 of SSR Part II.

Servicing & testing on/off load of HT 33 KV CTs / PTs Make : Laxmi Engineering , single phase including top up of oil complete all as specified and directed. Note :1. Spares replaced shall be measured & paid under relevant items here after. 2.Test reports of CTs & PTs submit in AGE E/M sub division by the contractor )

Supply only brass/ copper stud size 30mm dia alongwith suitable nuts & washers.

Supply only pad connector (Aluminium alloy)

Supply only fill insulation oil suitable for 33 KV rating CT/PT

Supply & fix in repair Isolator 33 KV horizontal type , rating 200 Amp , triple pole , outdoor type including steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete including taking down of old isolator all as specified and as directed . Make: Jaipuria brothers or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for servicing of Isolator 33 KV horizontal type , triple pole , outdoor type including cleaning contacts, removing carbon, adjusting the fixed and moving contacts, guides, applying petroleum jelly for easy operation all as specified and as directed.(Note : Spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant items herein after. )

Servicing & testing on/off load of HT VCB 33 KV ( Make : Areva/CG) breaking capacity 25 KA, 36 KV, 800/1250 Amp rating decarbonising complete contact points, meggering , all HT insulators including oiling/greasing to moveable parts and replacement of burnet/unserviceable parts including checking of control wiring all as specified and as directed . Note : Spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant items herein after.

Supply only the following items complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Shunt trip coil 30 V DC suitable for 33 KV outdoor type VCB including testing on load complete .

(b) Closing coil 30 V DC suitable for 33 KV outdoor type VCB including testing on load complete .

(c) Spring charge motor single phase , 230 volt ,40 watt , 50 Hz complete .

Supply only Wooden discharge rod PVC coated suitable for 33 KV

Supply only Electric rubber hand gloves for 33 KV working/test voltage

Material and labour for off load filtration of transformer oil of 2 MVA power transformer 33/11 KV (Make : Crompton Greaves) by continuous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achieve the desired dielectric strength of 60 KV for one minute at 2.5 mm gap including filtration of new transformer oil required for top upto oil conservator level complete all as specified. Note: 1. New transformer oil required for top up to appropriate level will be measured and paid separately under item No 15. 2. The contractor has to submit the certificate for the dielectric strength achieved. 3. Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted by the contractor for sample before and after filtration.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil as per IS-335 of dielectric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in 2 MVA power transformer 33/11 KV installed in main Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate to be submitted by the contractor .

Taking out old/ exhausted silica gel from transformer breather, cleaning of the breather assembly, supply and filling new silica gel in the breather complete re-fixing of the breather assy with the transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs breather assembly of the transformer of 2 MVA capacity, any shape, any dia suitable to fit for existing transformer assembly, complete all as specified and as directed .NOTE: Shape/type should be as per existing transformer at site.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and painting of power transformer 33 / 11 KV 2 MVA capacity by spraying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs post insulator porcelain, vitreous , including one galvanised MS spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut suitable for 33 Kilo volts grade all as specified and directed. Make: Jaipuria brothers / GE or equivalent as approved by GE

Taking out old LA any type / make , Supply & fix lightning arresters expulsion/Metal oxide type , discharge capacity 20 KA , rating 27 KV rms, BIL 170 KVAP MCOV 22 KV complete with all fittings suitable for 33 KV nominal line to line voltage on existing 2 pole/4 pole structures complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Spray Painting to existing HT Panels, outer side with Super enamelled paint of approved make and colour and matching with the existing panel completely, including scrapping the rust and polishing, cleaning and drying the surfaces all as specified and directed for under mentioned panels :- (a) VCB Panel / Bus coupler 11 KV indoor

(b) VCB Panel 33 KV outdoor

Taking down old U/S GOD and Supply & fix Air break switch ( GOD) out door type triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator & steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level , rating 200 Amp 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed . Make: Jaipuria brothers .

Taking down old U/S DO fuse and Supply & fix expulsion/drop out fuse unit with brass contactors and fuse barrel suitable for 11 KV system triple pole of rating 200A complete with all fittings all as specified and as directed Make: Jaipuria brothers / GE

Taking down old U/S lightening arrester any type , Supply & fix for lightning arresters metal oxide type complete with all fittings, distribution class , discharge capacity 5 kilo amps rating 9 KV rms, BIL 75 KVP, MCOV ( kvrms) 7.65 KV suitable for 12 KV nominal line to line voltage on existing 2 pole/4 pole structures complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old U/S aluminium conductor and M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced for overhead line, fix on pole or for jumper connections, fixing to the insulator by means of necessary binding with 14 SWG wire all as specified .

M&L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia all as specified.

Material & labour from Cross arms, bracing, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of poles of 2 Pole structures at various locations as under with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed by EIC.

All as per sl Item No. 27 above but of 4 Pole structure complete .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying pipes/cable and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC pipe 20mm dia size for watering earth pit at the 33/11KV yard at main receiving station

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, viterous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 cm size.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 03 metre in depth for laying pipes/cable and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in hard / dance soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river washed sand free from foreign material in trenches for cable cushioning or at cushioning at switch yard all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un reinforced precast concrete cable covers of class HV type-1, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified & as directed.

Laying only un reinforced precast concrete cable covers of class HV type-1, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm Note : Serviceable PCC cable cover obtained from item No 44 shall be re-used.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing horizontal bore hole of dia up to 150mm below road/hard standing surface for the length up to 12 Metre and inserting GI/PVC pipe into the bore hole as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

44. Taking down / out HT UG cable of the any sizes from trenches / ducts / pole including PCC cable cover complete all as specified & directed.

45. Supply , laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beaded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade earthed complete the following sizes . (a) Size 03 core 95 Sq mm

(b) Size 03 core 120 Sq mm

(c) Size 03 core 185 Sq mm

Dismantling of old steel poles any size all as specified and directed .

Supply & erect steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 55( 11.0 mtr long) including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide paint complete .

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick and buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI strip of size 25 x 04 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of Steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2;4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 32 mm dia light grade for GI strip protection and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 3.00 mm thick and buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with Copper strip of size 20 x 03 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of Steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2;4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 32 mm dia light grade for Copper strip protection and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs insulator pin type porcelain, vitreous, white , brown or green including one galvanised MS spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150 mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and directed. Make: Jaipuria brothers or make approve by GE .

M&L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type brown two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete including taking down existing insulators all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR part I comprising of 7/3.15 mm galvanised mild steel stranded stay wire of required length fixed to pole with and including FI clamps of size 50 X 6 mm, bolts, nuts, washers, stay rod of 20 mm dia 2.15 mtrs long, stay bow with nuts bolts washers, galvanised steel plate 230 X 230 X 6 mm including loop insulator over all dimensions 140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete including taking down old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and directed .

S&F of PVC sleeves (Red/ Yellow / Blue ) for jumper connections and connector on poles at sub stations complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repair out door type straight through joint size 120 / 185 sq mm 3 core heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade connecting the cable including testing on load complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and fix out door type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade with Al lugs and gland packing complete , including testing on load all as specified and as directed for the following size of the cable . (a) cable 120 / 185 sq mm 3 core

(b) cable 95 sq mm 3 core

Supply & fixing on pole / laying in trenches of GI tubing light grade of following sizes . Make : Tata / Jindal / Prakash Surya (a) 80 mm dia

M&L for find out the cable fault in underground cables by using pulse generating high voltage surge tester / surge receiver find faulting and locating machine to pin point the fault and after determining the fault location, carry out necessary excavation, earth work at any strata as required length, width & depth including testing of cable any size / core complete all as specified & directed . Note :- 1. Fault detector machine & other equipment shall be arrangement by the contractor. 2. Straight through joints shall be measured & paid separately

Servicing & testing on/off load of Loop in loop out HT VCB 11 KV bank (Make : megawin) (one incoming, one tee one outgoing) decarbonising complete contract points, meggering , all HT insulators including oiling/greasing to moveable parts and replacement of burnet/unserviceable parts including checking of control wiring all as specified and as directed . (Note : 01 .Spares replaced shall be measured and paid under item No 3) Make : Easun Reyrolle Model : EVB1225 rated voltage 11KV, 400 Amp, 18.4 KA rating

Dismantling the mechanical components of the 11 KV VCB (Make : Easun Reyrolle) & replacement of gear assembly, refixing including oiling/greasing of all movable parts including testing of complete breaker operation all as specified & directed

Taking out old Ece 11 KV Spout form existing HT VCB 11 KV and replacement of new Ece 11 KV vacuum circuit breaker Spout ( Set of three ) including steel nuts , bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old bus bar form existing HT VCB 11 KV and replacement of new Copper tined coated bus bar size 60 mm flat X 08 mm thick with HT insulation including steel nuts , bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , install and testing of SMPS Battery Charger Input Voltage 160 -290 V AC ,Output Voltage 24 Volt DC, Charging Voltage 13.5 Volt DC with digital display, Charging Current 5/10 Amp including copper wire 3 core with plug top including Protection : Auto Start/ Auto Cut/ Fuse Blow/ Battery reverse/ AC Short circuit/ Overload shut down all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set earthing comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mtrs length & 17.2 mm dia with 250micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. The earth electrode should finally be housed in a heavy duty concrete chamber for future access with CI frame with CI/MS cover. Back-fill compound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Make: JEF Technology or equivalant in True power earthings/Excel fibrotech Note:- Test certificate from the OEM has to be produced by the contractor for the material used in earthing.

Supply & fix out door type HT 11 KV cable jointing feeder pillar ( supplied by CPRI approved manufacturer) powder coated for inspection and meggering during faults , fabricated of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick duly painted as per standard norms totally enclosed and sealed with rubber packing and feeder pillar mounted on MS angle size 70 X 70 X 05 mm thick including two coat of black paint over one coat of red oxide primer , dust proof , vermin proof / water proof both sides open able , having provision for termination of two No’s 11 KV HT cable with Al bus bar PVC sleeve , air insulated colour coded of 200 Amp capacity , duly mounted on 11 KV epoxy insulators with two No's GI studs 10 mm thick for connection of GI earthing strip complete all as specified & directed . Make & drawing to be approved by GE .
