Dismentaling and removing 2.5 Cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning surface lowering and removing and debries with in 50mtr leed including cost of all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materialsof all T&P with Cess etc, required for the work etc completein all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including with cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess&T &P etcrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, with cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats over a coat of oil bound primer to the wall surface with any approved shadeincluding cost of distemper and primer with cof allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & providing, of M.S. door grill made out of M.S flat conforming to IS No -1977/1996 as per the design approved with cost, conveyance &of all materials & labour with T&P & Cess in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paints including and papering, polishing the surface in all respect with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour, Cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.
