Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying CI/GI pipe lines compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down CI pipe any type along with connections and fittings including removing joint/lead/Spun yarn complete and keeping in safe coustody the serviceable items for reuse and removal of unserviceable items from site of work for for taking credit following size :-

M &L for carrying out Repair to existing valve pits of any size & location,taking out loose cover and keeping aside for refixing,removing vegetable,small plants inside and outside of chamber taking out plaster from internal and external wall as per follows works/items applying two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces internally and externally and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all over to chamber cover complete all as specified and directe :-

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' (old size bricks) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping complete all as specified.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M& L for residual chlorine testing of 08 Nos (when directed) with orthotolidine reagenet for chlorine test in 500 ml bottle of all as specified and as directed

Attending water supply complaints by deploying sufficient labour (Skilled and helpers) for repair to leakage/blockage of underground/OHT rising main water carrying pipes, size 25 to 150 mm bore of any description such as AC/GI/CI/DI, at any location including necessary excavation & earth work, cutting existing pipe lines, dewatering etc complete all as specified. NOTE:- (i) Complaint shall be notified to contractor on telephone, therefore it is mandatory for the contractor to mention his ‘Mobile Number’ while quoting the tender. (ii) Complaint shall be notified to contractor at any time between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs and the same shall be immediately attended and defects rectified within six hrs from notification of complaint to the contractor.

(iii) Confirmation of attendance & rectification of complaint shall be given in writing by the contractor and same shall be recorded in the ‘Register’ maintained for the purpose. The ‘Register’ shall be produced to this office along with RAR/Final Bill. (iv) In case the contractor fails to attend complaints within stipulated time (i.e. 6 hrs), a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 300/- per complaint. (iv) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed included the cost of necessary T& P required. (v) Pipes and cost of jointing or any other material reqd shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply & Fixing in replacement MCCB in built earth fault 200 Amp 4 pole 35 KA 415 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement MCCB in built earth fault 160 Amp 4 pole 25 KA 415 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair cast iron/MS fitting such as bend any type radius and angle taper any type straight bends,D- Joint of Different sizes, increasing decreasing tee pieces single branch,Y junction coller ,cap and plug with spigot/socket end flange upto 150 mm bore including taking out old material all as directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting electric connection and pipe connection and taking out subermisible pump & motor of capacity 25 to 35 HP from bore well and taking to workshop for repair and removal of burnt winding wire from motor and rewinding with new PVC insulated copper winding wire for submersible motor of same gauge and weight to existing including replacement of motor bush, thrust plate coupling complete with key and reassembling the motor with pump and taking back to site, lowering it into bore well making it functional and testing complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No 32 here in-before but 15 to 20 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of unserviceable part of submersible pump capacity 25 to 30 HP such as gun metal bush impellor assembly shaft locking key and MS nuts & bolts of existing size and reassembling the pump with motor and making it functional all as specified.

All as per ser item No. 34 here n before but 15 to 20 HP

Supply and fix contractor ML-2 with 220 Volt coil. AC-03 rating 32 Amp 440 Volt parts No SS90701 complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L &T /Havells/Siemens/schneider or equivalent given in Appx B.
