M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 50 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg / sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 litre /sqm. (b) Supply & lay 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt laid using butane torch by torch application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weighing not less than 3.5 kg / sqm.
