COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AND REPAIR/ MAINT OF FIRE DETECTION, ALARM SYSTEMS AND MISC WORKS AT AF STN GWALIOR

Carring out comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting system CO2 flood type of existing model & of make Fire-bell (fire fighting system, installed at ETB and fire alarm system with connected control wiring & panel at AF Station Maharajpur Gwalior) all as directed in order to maintain the fire fighting plants in functional and serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The scope of work includes for item No. 1 to 3 :- (i) The entire system shall be inspected & checked by the qualified technician at a interval of approx 6 months or as and when for cheking of serviceability and comprehensive maint of parts by repairing or replacement to mainteain system serviceable directed by Engr-in-Charge. The replaced parts, control wiring, gas charging, distilled water & acid shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply/filling only’ except pipe under respective item of this Schedule but fixing & testing etc is deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item. (ii) All MS pipe line shall be inspected with respect to sefety purpose etc. (iii) Checking of the high pressure flexible hose pipes complete with connectors/adopters for CO2 connection to manifold as well as for pneumatic line between cylinders etc. (iv) Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of complete valves & fittings/assemblies. (v) Checking of the high pressure seamless cylinders of CO2 / N2 for their weight etc. and refilling of gas if found 10% less than the gross weight. (vi) Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of complete valves pneumatic actuator / valve of CO2 cylinders & fittings/assemblies. (vii) Checking of Non return valve of manifold and discharge hose and Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of valves. (viii) Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of all the nozzles of CO2 cylinders.

(ix) All the manual call points and electronic hooters to be checked for normal functioning. (x) Checking of pressure release valve and Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of valves. (xi) All main fire control panel including battery & filling of distilled water/acid, smoke detectors, temperature heat detectors, connected control wiring etc. to be checked for normal functioning. (xii) During six month period any parts replaced earlier or other part be come deffective, labour for replacement of parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates but items shall be paid separately accept item replaced earlier

Carring out Periodical servicing,Testing of fire alarm system complete Conventional / Addressable at New ATC building single or multi stories having many No of detectors and accessories controled through one or more control panels of any loop for functiong of the purpose installed with all accessories, such as MCP, Hooter, Detectors etc for finding out defects if any or its serviceability complete all as specified and directed. (i) Functionally test will be Carried Out before and after repair of the System .

Carring out Comprehensive Maint of fire fighting system at DWR/NEW ATC/24 MMPU including necessary testing as per fire fighting noms having one electric pumping set 60 HP , one No. of Diesel engine driven pumping set 2200 LPM and one no jokey pump of 15 HP 3 Phase having one control panel , interlock with each other in opration as per fire fighting System connected to sprinklar System , External fire hydrant system and controlled with fire detuction system . The scope of work is as under :- (i) Checking the functionally System of fire pumping set (02 Nos ) if any fault rectly fault either of mechanically , electrically including material of any type to Make functional in all respect as per fire fighting norms . (ii) Genral servicing of pumping sets including oiling , greasing etc. (iii) Genral servicing of sluice valves , nonreturn valves etc. (iv) Genral servicing of fire hydrant system . (v) Servicing of Diesel engine with replacement of oil filter , Diesel filter , engine oil , electrolyte etc . (vi) Cleaning & servicing of radiator. (vii) Reparing of foot valves etc including nut bolt and washers , automatically / mannually and making panel automatic functionally of all three pumping sets including necesssary repaired materials / controls . (viii) Repair of Electric panel for its functioning. Note :- The work shall be carried out at various locations at AF Station .

Material and labour for flushing out the complete pipe system from Co2 bank to gas nozzles with the adequate pressure of Nitrogen gas including taking out, opening and cleaning of nozzle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L including filling of CO2 gas 22.5 Kg in existing empty high pressure seamless cylinders having 22.5 Kgs capacity after carrying to authorized filling station of CO2 gas and fixing back to the plant complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cylinder shall be affixed with lamintated sticker of size not less than 100mmX75mm compresing details of cylinder i.e. Tare wt of cylinder, Nett wt. or filled gas & date.

Supply CO2 gas cylinder seam less of capacity 22.5 kg or nearest higher size conferming to relevent of IS with control , valves etc duly filled with CO2 gas all as specified and directed .

M&L including filling of Nitrogen (N2) gas 2 Kg in high pressure seamless cylinders having 2 Kgs capacity after carrying to authorized filling station of N2 gas and fixing back to the plant complete all as specified and directed..

Supply N2 gas cylinder seam less of capacity 2 kg or nearest higher size conferming to relevent of IS with control , valves etc with N2 gas all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of the old existing steel surfaces of CO2 Gas cylinder and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80mm bore MS pipe class 'C' heavy duty with Seemless welding induding required MS fittings & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass discharge nozzles cone type for CO2 cylinders of approved make complete all as specified nd directed.

Supply only high pressure flexible hose pipe10 Kg /cm2 with flexible hose pipe flexible connector for pneumatic line & cylinder of approved make complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only high pressure flexible hose pipe 10 kg/cm2 with flexible hose pipe flexible connector for cylinder to cylinder of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high pressure brass ISI mark non return valve 20mm bore for manifold and discharge hose connection of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only solenoid valve 60Kg/cm2 pressure two way 15 mm dia (ISI mark) including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high pressure brass safety valve 25mm bore (ISI mark) with outlet pipe of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Detector complying with and type certified to EN 45 addressable type, multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination with base complete ofexisting make to match with make of control panel all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing, in repair including testing and commissioning of Intelligent Wall Mounted Sounder of existing make and colour of control panel complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Fire alrm system wiring using three single core PVC insulated, sheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts drawn in and including PVC conduit (Medium grade ISI marked) of dia not less than 20mm with standard accessories complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting of unserviceable battery of any description and supply and fixing maintenance free battery of 12 volts 7 AH capacity and connecting and testing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing, in repair including testing and commissioning of Fire alrm Control panel complying with BSEN54 addressable two loop panel of capacity from 99 detector and 99 modules upto 200 detector and modules complete with battery 12 volts 7 AH capacity (02 Nos ) all as specified and directed Make :- GST/System Sensor/Agni devices

Supply & fixing, in repair including testing and commissioning of addressable / conventional manual call point (MCP) surface mounting with glass cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing, in repair including testing and commissioning of Auto Dialer system complete all as specified and directed.

Programming/re-loading of software for existing unserviceable fire alarm control panel to make it functional with the help of software to suit existing panel/model including testing of all connected circuits/detectors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Pneumatic actuator suitable for cylinder valve (ISI mark) operating at 15 to 30 Kg/cm2 complete all as specifiec and of approved make.

Disconnecting, dismantling top cover of oil cooled servo controlled voltage stabilizer 3 Phase, 415 voltage balance/unbalance type oil cooled/air cooled for reparing including taking out/draining of oil if required, keeping in safe custody in dry container for refilling after dehydration/replacement of defective parts including refixing of serviceable parts with and including minor parts such as lugs, washers, nuts, bolts etc, desladging of bottom, resemmbling, connecting and testing of following capacity :- Note : The major spares, if any, shall be miasused repaid under relevant item of schedule here-in-after.
