Providin and fixing existing door frames 30mm thick factory made PVC door shutter made of style and rails of a UPSC hollow section of size 60mmx30mm and wall thickness 2mm+0.2mm with in built decorative moulding edging on one side.The styles and rails mitred and joined at the conrers by means of M.S.galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220mm having wall thickness 1.0mm and stainless steel screws the lock size 52x20mm and1mm+0.1mm wall thickness.The lock rail made of of ‘H’ section,a UPVC hollow section of size 100x30mm and23mm+0.2mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi chambered single panel of size not less than 620mm,having over all thickness of 20mm and1mm+0.1mm wall thickness.The panels filled vertically and tia bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanized M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-chage.
