FIELD DEVELOPMENT Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

EXIT ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd density (with an initial lead of 5.0 km.). Grading - III. Vide Annexure-1.

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and of specific 28 days compressive strength over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/ running/ herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer in charge and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plate vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.80mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces' Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces.
