Providing/fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of protection panel cum FASD starters for pumping unit no. 01 ,02& 03 along with other allied works at LIS Dhakker. Description of panel Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz. for pumping unit no. 01,02& 03 at L.I.S Dhakker. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with following components / features: M.C.C.B.The panel should be fitted with an M.C.C.B. of 250 Ampere capacity, 1 no. volt meter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. V.S.S., 1 No. A.S. switch and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side including the bus bars . Outgoing no. 1 : The panel should be fitted with a 40 HP fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 3 Nos. air break contactors compatible with 40HP induction motor (2 nos. 70 A for main and delta supply, 1 No. air break contactor 50 A for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator .1 No. MCB for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables/ bus bars to complete the star delta circuit of out going supply for pumping unit no. 1 Outgoing no. 2: The panel should be fitted with a 40 HP fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 3 Nos. air break contactors compatible with 40HP induction motor (2 nos. 70 A for main and delta supply, 1 No. air break contactor 50 A for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator .1 No. MCB for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables/ bus bars to complete the star delta circuit of out going supply for pumping unit no. 2 Outgoing no.3: The panel should be fitted with a 40 HP fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 3 Nos. air break contactors compatible with 40HP induction motor (2 nos. 70 A for main and delta supply, 1 No. air break contactor 50 A for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator .1 No. MCB for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables/ bus bars to complete the star delta circuit of out going supply for pumping unit no. 3 Protections device / fault analyzer : A protections devise / fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect each motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings : A. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. B. Current related fault: Over current / load, dry running, unbalance current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting. C. Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY ,YB and BR phase. Bimetal overload relay: Bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the each starter as an extra protection to protect the motors in case of failure of fault analyzer . Providing/ fitting of suitable capacity 25 sq mm copper cable (approx.60 mtrs.) from starter no. 01 ,02& 03 to motor no. 1 ,2 & 3 as per site conditions. Complete job includes cost of providing/ fitting ,transportation charges ,hire charges of tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, and all kinds of taxes thereof. complete job Make of MCCB – Any reputed make as per ISO standards..
