Taking of sample of oil from 2 nos of 500 KVA ( Tr-1 :- 6KV/420V & Tr-2 ;- 6KV/415V ) Transformers in the City Civil Court Substation for sending to renowned company's laboratory for acidity and dielectric strength test for obtaining result.

Draining out existing old oil to empty barrels by taking a Shutdown of Tr-1, Tr-2 and with spinning all nuts, bolts & washers from top cover, explosion vent, conservator air replace valve etc. also after removing the accumulated sludge from the Core , Winding & Tank with the help of flushing lay filter machine through old & new transformer oil.

Supply & fixing new rubber gasket in Tr-1 and Tr-2 after marking, cutting and punching of holes and other accessories incl. all utilization of suitable adhesive etc. for transformer top, bush etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply & filling new transformer oil in Tr-1, Tr-2 up to the oil indicating level and Oil Circuit Breaker.

On making Shut down of 3 nos of 11 KV HTOC Breakers drawning out and opening panel cover, cleaning porcelain spouts, necessary scrapping, cleaning, checking, adjusting all contacts, porcelain spouts & mechanical portion etc. by CRC spray including inside & outside panel, panel cover, silicon petroleum jelly etc and re-enter the same & charged the line.

Dehydration & filtration of oil of Tr-1, Tr-2 and oil Circuit Braker to raise the Di- electric strength of Oil as per B.I.S. specification.

Servicing and testing of 11 KV HTOC Breakers current transformer (CT) Ensure all connections are tight, clean, and free from damage and testing of circuit breaker tripping.

Supply & filling good quality Silica gel and Housing after proper treatment in Tr-1.

Carrying charges of new thansformer oil, barrels, dehydration/filter machine, testing set, control panel, extension board with cable & others tolls & tackles, from Co’s workshop to City Civil Court building substation & back to Co’s workshop including loading, unloading & lorry hire.

Supply & laying of 11 kV(E) grade 3 core 240 sq.mm. XLPE HT cable with Al. conductor from between gear of utility company to consumer's gear and consumer's gear to transformer to be laid through existing masonry trench as per G.S. as per direction of EIC. (Make - NICCO / Gloster/ Havells/ Mascab/Polycab as approved by E.I.C)

Supply and Fixing of Jointing of H.T. cable of 11 KV grade 3 core 240 sq.mm. XLPE cable incl.supply of necy. jointing materials & compound (Heat shrink cable jointing kit of approved make) for switch gear & transformer terminations on H.T. sides incl. testing as per G.S.

Dismantling of existing HT PILC cable from transformer HT terminal and switchgear, including removal of compound-type termination and cable gland assembly, and disposal of dismantled materials as per departmental instructions.

Supply and installation of compatible HT bushing (oil-filled transformer design) with Ht Transformer Bushing Rods, including proper mechanical alignment, oil sealing for oil-filled transformers, and ensuring adequate creepage distance and appropriate voltage rating, complying with relevant IS/IEC standards.

Supply and installation of suitable Indoor-type Cable End Box compatible with XLPE cable termination requirements, fabricated from MS sheet of the following dimensions: (a) 560 mm × 190 mm × 370 mm with 10 mm thick MS sheet – 1 No., and (b) 560 mm × 670 mm × 410 mm with 3 mm thick MS sheet – 1 No. The scope includes providing a cable gland plate with appropriate gland size, cable clamping arrangement for strain relief, sealing arrangement for dust, moisture, and vermin protection, and earthing terminals as per relevant IS standards.

Supply and installation of analogue type temperature meter suitable for oil-immersed transformer, complete with sensing bulb/capillary tube, mounting arrangement, protective enclosure (if required), clamps, screws, sealing arrangement to prevent oil leakage, calibration marking, and all fixing accessories. The work shall also include drilling, cutting, alignment, and proper fitting of the sensing element into the transformer temperature pocket, ensuring correct indication and reliable continuous operation.
