Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes, foundations, laying of cable etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in soft spots, depressions etc., which occur during rolling to required camber and gradient etc. including watering before and during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm (compacted thickness) Granular sub-base course (GSB), (laid in two layers each of 100 mm thickness )(compacted) using broken graded stone aggeregate 40 mm to 60 mm size ,over compacted sub grade with spreading, levelling and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) using crushed stone coarse aggregate of approved grading , laid in two layers each of 75 mm thickness (compacted) with paver, each layer spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support & form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by brushing with wire brush or removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 30 mm consolidated thick bituminous premixed asphaltic semidense concrete with marshal stability 1050 Kg using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) contents @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant with design mix & laid in single layer using self propelled mechanical paver rolled & compacted with power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) In the event of increase in percentage of binder content as per job mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same. However, in case bitumen requirement is less than 5.5% utilised same shall be regularized as per actual mix design with minus adjustment of less bitumen @ Rs 50 per Kg. (ii) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. (iii) Contractor shall provide bitumen extraction apparatus alongwith benzene and other requiste material at site to determine the bitumen content without any extra cost for item No. 1.10 of BOQ design mix semi dense asphaltic concrete.

M&L for providing 40 mm consolidated thick bituminous premixed asphaltic semidense concrete with marshal stability 1050 Kg using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) contents @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant with design mix & laid in single layer using self propelled mechanical paver rolled & compacted with power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid building blocks, rubber moulded (factory made) in required shape of size 300x300x150mm using 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and setting in mortar1:4 as in kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations, filling & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top road surface removing dust, dirt grease and other foregin matters etc. to receive the marking and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white or yellow shade ) not less than 2.5 mm thick (average) in lines, arrow dashes & letters etc applied hot using application unit and retroreftective glass beads, @ 250 to 300 gm/sqm to withstand vehiclular traffic load, material shall be conforming to BS-3262( Part- I) 1989 read in conjuction with the MORTH ( Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) specification as laid down in the specification for road and bridge work latest revision etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - MORTH specification shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE before execution of work.

S&F in repair CATs EYE (Raised Pavement marker Series 290) made of ploycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded micro prismatic lense on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with BT-69 complete all specified and as directed.

S&F delinator made out of 38mm x 38mm x 2.90mm thick mild steel square pipe length 1200 mm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including three strip of HIP retro reflective type-IX sheet of size 150mm in height all around square pipe with different colour with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for fixing and embeding the delinator on ground with hold fast and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) , size 200mm x 200mm x 300mm for proper grouting completeall as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and exceeding 50mm & not exceeding 200mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant with design mix and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, consolidated thickness 75mm or less laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:-In the event of increase in percentage of binder content as per job mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same. However, in case bitumen requirement is less than 4.5% same shall be regularized as per actual mix design with minus adjustment of less bitumen @ Rs.50.00 per Kg.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil for road work/foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick pressed approved factory made machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of any size & shape conforming to IS:15658-2006 of compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/sq.cm (M-40) including laying over & including 50 mm thick stone dust(filling) and joints filled with sand etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Manufacturer’s test certificate of Interlocking paver block shall be produced on each/every lots before making payment. Make-ISI marked as approved by GE.

M&L for Brickwork using fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 450 mm bore, reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 with collars and tested complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 300 mm bore, reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 with collars and tested complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick masonry wall / concrete surface finished fair and even etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia Salt-glazed stoneware (SGSW) as in drain pipes, grade A laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore SGSW pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coving on chajja, balcony or in roof Kerbs, benching,coping, bed plates for fixing hold fast ,haunching in man hole, flooring/hard standing etc.rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in shelves,cover slab for manhole/drain , RCC platform, set in cement mortar 1:6 etc for cable duct and base for antena or similar work etc and marking MES marking etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of Septic Tank for 25 users including necessary earth work in excavation in soft/loose soil , plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation , brickwork with using sub class "A" class bricks cement mortar 1:4 , ,reinforced cement concrete M-25 ( design mix) as in slab cover including pre-cast man hole cover slab having 8 mm dia TMT bar reinforcement @ 75 mm c/c & 6 mm thick mild steel plate embedded all around of cover slab, 15 mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar in 1:4 on wall, vent shaft, sludge chamber , form work to sides and soffits, 150 mm dia SGSW inlet & out let pipes up to 3 m from outer face of wall, CI vent pipe, sludge chamber, RCC baffle wall, returning filling & removal etc, complete all as shown on drawing No.TD-217 sheet1/2&2/2 and as specified.

M&L for Construction of Soakage well for 1.80 dia (internal dia) & 3.0 m effective depth including necessary excavation in earth work in soft/loose soil , plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation , brick work with using sub class "A" class bricks in cement mortar 1:4 in walls & honey combed brick wall , reinforced cement concrete M-25 ( design mix) as in slab cover including pre-cast cover slab having 8 mm dia TMT bar reinforced , plain cement concrete band and dwarf wall, form work to sides and soffits of RCC slab & filling with brick bats loose filling & PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)including intercpting chamber& screen chamber with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 complete complete all as specified and shown in drawing No.TD-576 sheet1/2&2/2 and as specified. .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channel of drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in ,drain bed foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, including forms, moulds, etc (inner girth only to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks, frame work for ceiling , frame work for chimney and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall including cornices pilasters and apply two coats of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over one coat of alkali primer all as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete for fencing post etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel work in fencing post or struts using angle / flat of grade Fe-290 (E-165) including cutting top to shape as required drilling holes, notching for wire, (for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting etc complete all as specified & directed. Make- ISI/BIS marked as approved by GE.

Supply only mild steel round bars 12 mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for chain link fencing ,cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250-quality-A) grade complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Fixing charge shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) of 11 mm to 15 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only GI 4 mm dia wire chain link fencing of mesh size 50 mm X 50 mm including line wire etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Weight of the mesh shall be arrived through the BOO and fixing charge shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to mild steel angle iron post & struts etc including provision of binding wire and also including fixing of round bars as strenghthing bars etc including welding ,reviting etc complete all as specified & directed. Note : chain link fencing & round bars shall be measured & paid as supply only and mild steel i.e.angle iron,flat iron etc. shall be measured & paid as S & F under respective item of BOQ

M&L for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates)as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundatiion bems ,plinth beam,footing for columns etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Reinforcement and Formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.)

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in columns of gate etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides & soffits of plinth beams and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing of HT XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 volt grade (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured (Heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor ISI marked IS-7098 (Part-I) 1977 and part-II of 1985 laid in pipe / ducts/ trenches under floor and road or fixed to wall complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, jointing and testing for indoor type Heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable for 11 KV, XLPE insulated cable of sizes, 95 Sqmm 3 core complete material and labour including cutting the faulty indoor end termination joint of any type and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, jointing and testing for outdoor type Heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable for 11 KV, XLPE insulated cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete material and labour including cutting the faulty out door end termination joint of any type and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extendable outdoor fixed type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) comprising of 01 No of 630 Amps motorised fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker and 02 Nos load break switches, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 3 mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 125 kVp internally to manage voltage surges The RMU shall be type tested for 21 kA/03 sec as per IEC62271-200. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of Cables shields. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. The unit shall include the detailed specification and standard fittings of VCB & LBS as mentioned below.:- (A) Incoming Load Break swtich - 02 Nos: switching unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch disconnector and earthing switch , 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA/03 sec. Snap action mechanism for motorised and manual(Both) operation with integrated earthing switch - 01 No. Cable bushing 630 Amp standard C bushing - 01 set. Fault passage indicator, On(N-1) load break switch where n= no of load break switch >>s/c & E/F FPI with digital display to be added for detection of cable fault. ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01 No. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type LED display - 01. ON, OFF, TRIP mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01No. Cable box for termination of cable up to 1 No. x 185 sq.mm - 01. Cable cover standard - 01No. Set of 12kV Cable Termination Boots - 01No. Cable entry bottom, front - 01 No. the two incoming LBS shall have interlocking system for connecting one at a time.

(B) Out going VCBs - 01 No : Consisting of following - functional features- vaccum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. Circuits breaker unit is equipped with an over current transformer for the protection of distribution Transformer/circuit, vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV, 630 A, 21 KA - 03 Sec. The relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current , relay shall record fault records with time stamping - 01, capactive voltage indication fixed type LED display -01, ON/OFF/Trip mechanical indication on the front mimic of panel-01, cable box for termination boots-01. Metering Equipment including 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Tri-VectorMeter (Acc.Cl.0.5) . VCB shall consist of set of 3 CTs, Dual ratio and dula core, 50-30/5+5 , 15 VA, Class 5P10

(C) Additional equipment deliverd separately or mounted separately, Bus connected with battery charger and battries for motor power supply-01 (i) PT ratio 11KV/3/110/v3, 100 VA, 1 class for measurement with volts meter (ii) Auxliary transformer of 11KV/230V, 1 KVA for powering the motors and battery charger (iii ) 24 V DC battery charger and battries for motor power supply. Supply, laying and testing LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified & directed.
