Laying of cable after cutting floor/pavement/wall as per GS for the following Sizes.

From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc. [5(i)/F-3]

Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc. [5(ii)/F-3]

Laying of cable above 3½ core 90 sqmm and upto 3½ core 150 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting [2(e)/F-1]

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed [1(a)/F-2]

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm upto 185 sq mm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed [1(b)/F-2]

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core [3(a)/F-1]

Laying only Cable above 50 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core Laying on Pole with Clamps [3(b)/F-1]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing those for following XLPE / PVC armoured cable (2/4 / 3.5)Core as per GS.

4 Core 35 Sqmm [7(c)/F4 & 8(b) /F5]

4 Core 70 Sqmm [7(c)/F4 & 8(b) /F5]

3.5 Core 120 Sqmm [7(d)/F4 & 8(b) /F5]

Supplying and fixing 415V 63 A TPN (mk- L&T, cat no-CO10630OOOO) on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc as per GS.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall as per GS [4(a)/G-2]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long With TATA-Medium GI pipe as per GS [ 2(a)/G-1]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connectionas per GS [Make-Legrand/ Schneider/Siemens/Crabtree/L&T) as per direction of EIC. ]

Supply and installation of L.T. industrial distribution panel board, having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with M.S. angle iron frame (main frame with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle and each vertical compartment with 40 x 40x6 mm MS angle ).The panel to have arrangement for both floor & wall mounting. An Auto Cad Drawing of the panel has to approved by EIC before making of panel.

Incomming Switch :

(a) 415V 250 Amps TPN SFU units with DIN type fuses (Make:- L&T : Cat No.- SK90489 or equivalent cat of SIEMENS/ABB) in SS Encloser incl. cable gland box at top & bottom.----1 No.

Bus Bar :

500V, 300 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar copper bus bar [size of flat:-4x50 mm x 5 mm] mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification - 1 set.

The busbar is to be rigidly supported on suitable non-hygroscopic insulating materials of robust ration to with stand electromechanical stress in the event of earth fault. All connection to bus to made by suitable nuts & bolts. The busbar is too wrapped with coloured PVC (Red. Yellow, Blue & Black) heat shrinkable insulation for colour identifications.

Outgoing Switches :

(a) 415V 125 Amps TPN SFU units with DIN type fuses (Make:- L&T : Cat No.- SK90486 or equivalent cat of SIEMENS/ABB) in SS Encloser incl. cable gland box at top & bottom.---- 1 No.

(b) 415V 100 Amps TPN SFU units with DIN type fuses (Make:- L&T : Cat No.- SK90485 or equivalent cat of SIEMENS/ABB) in SS Encloser incl. cable gland box at top & bottom..----3 Nos.

(c) 415V 63 Amps TPN SFU units with DIN type fuses (Make:- L&T : Cat No.- SK90484 or equivalent cat of SIEMENS/ABB) in SS Encloser incl. cable gland box at top & bottom..- 1 No.

(d) 415V 32 Amps TPN SFU units with DIN type fuses (Make:- L&T : Cat No.- SK90483 or equivalent cat of SIEMENS/ABB) in SS Encloser incl. cable gland box at top & bottom..- 1 No.

e) A separate space to be kept in panel for opening 160Amp SFU from wall and fixed on this newly built panel including interconnection to the bus bar by 50 sq mm copper wires, socketing etc

Metering Panel a) Multipurpose Meter Digital Type Load Monitor ( Make L&T, Cat No. - WL442011OOOO or equivalent of SIEMENS) - 1 No. b) LCD single function Meter ( Make L& T, Model- CAT NO.WL111020OOOO or equivalent of SIEMENS)- for ammeter --- 3 nos c)LCD single function Meter ( Make L& T, Model no..WL112020OOOO or equivalent of SIEMENS) for voltmeter-- 3 nos. d) S & F LED indicator lamp - (SIEMENS/L&T) - 3 nos e) 250/5 Amp ratio C.T (Kappa) --- 3 nos. f) 6 Amp SPMCB(Make-SIEMENS/LT/Legrand)---3 nos.

Interconnection :-

All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains and & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.

Earthing :-

A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of size 50mm x 6mm shall run across the full length of the panel board . All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.

Cutting of PCC by tools and tackles for laying of cable and mending damages as to original finish.

Dismantling of exsisting cable, PDB etc from the position.

Add GST @18% Rs.

Add LWC @1% except item no.-1:- Rs.
