REPAIR / REPLACEMENT EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY SYSTEM, UG CABLE LT SWITCH GEAR AND ALLIED WORKS OF MD ACCN AT FATEHGARH CANTT

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes & cables etc and not excedding 10 sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc. 1.5 metre and n.exc. 3.00 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well remmining in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double wall Corrugated) high density polyethylene pipe of size 63 / 50 mm dia, with corrugated outer wall and smooth inner wall confirming to IS-14930 (Part-1&2) (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable including all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling in pole foundations & similar works complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Volume of pole / strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling in pole foundations & similar works complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Volume of pole / strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles & similar works including necessary form work (straight or curved) surface finished fair & even complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Volume of pole / strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable / serviceable LT U/G cable from trenches size 6 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 Volts, 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core (ISI marked), laid in trenches / ducts, through pipe, under floors or road, along poles etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of insertion of cable through poles by making two holes in each pole, including all necessary welding and associated work as directed. (ii) Excavation, earth work & protection pipe shall be measured & paid for separately.
