Constructoin of fallen boundary wall at excavated remains of Nalanda Mahavihara at Nalanda Dist- Nalanda

Provision for demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside of protected area.

Provision for 25 cm Dia Pilling as foundation up to a depth of 3m including with all completed.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand free from Dust) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) first class bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Provision for 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Provision for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on New work.

Provision for carriage and fixing of grill etc all completed.
