WORK SERVICES FOR CRATER FILLING BY RAPIGROUT AT RUNWAY AREA UNDER GE (AF) HASIMARA

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender documents & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M & L for river bed material and forming embankment including levelling, spreading in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape etc not exceeding 1.50 metre above the initial level complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Payment shall be made or solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this item river bed material shall be tested/checked for suitability to use all as specified and directed.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone or boulders of gauge 80 to 150 mm as in crater formed all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation on formation surface using vibratory roller capacity exceeding 8 to 12 tones all as specified and directed.

Supply only sand for bedding layer 2-3 cm thick as per requirement over the broken stone or boulders layer.

Supply only 400 micron HDPE sheet polythene sheet to be spread over the sand bed upto 30 CM pavement portion below 20-63 mm aggregates layer all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of size 20-63mm broken stone or boulders deposited , spread in layers n exc 15 cm thickness , watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specifieed and directed

T&P for hiring Towing tractor including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring Water bowser 9KL including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring JCB 4 CX including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring Hydra capacity 8 to 12 ton including operator and fuel for one day including transportation of material from storage to work side with the premises of AF stn Hasimara all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring Vibratory Roller/Compactor including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring Tipper 8.5 Cum including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring Mobile crane 5/6 ton(hydraulic) including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

T&P for hiring Fork Lift Truck (3 ton) including operator and fuel for one day as directed by Engr-in-Charge for undertaking the work all as specified and directed.

Semi skilled labour for Aligning/Cutting/pouring Rapigrout cement into the chute of IMDM machine as well as pouring rapigrout mix to the crater already prepared throughout th work for one day all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note:- (i) The work shall be carried out on requirement basis during the contract period. (ii) The contractor to provide all necessary safety meaures as directed by Engr-in-Charge)
