M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring the sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth , making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using Paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) as in semi dense asphaltik concrete mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 10tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine fitted with pufill shoe glass beads dispenser pupane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Unit rate quoeted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work. cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scrach marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

S & F in repair Solar Cat eye aluminium alloy shall(100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x125 mm x25 mm(Shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 v/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery(1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&Fcat eye in repair solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator in repair made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as approved by GE and as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over in and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry made of PCC (1:3 :6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with solid blocks,exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of old brick masonry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick coloured, rubber moulded glossy finished factory made PCC designer tiles/Pavers, set and jointed & Pointed in neat cement slurry as in path / floor complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: The size, Colour & Combination of tiles as approved by GE)

M & L hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63mm of broken stone deposited, spread, levelled, in layers n.exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specfied and as directed.

M & L 10mm dia and over TMT bar, cut to length, bent to shape required incl. cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC in cover slabs complete all as directed.

M & L RCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new or previously untreated plastered or concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
