Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab,floor/staircase step including rubbing and polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed/backing in CM 1:6 including dismantling old floor hearth/tiles and removing rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Brass CP Wall mixer non telephonic type for mixing hot & cold water for Shower screwed down for 15mm bore iron pipe or ferrul complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Brass CP center holl basin mixer for mixing hot & cold water for 15mm bore iron pipe or ferrul complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing the shutter after taking down in the same opening after repairing the shutters of any description n exc 2 sq. m each as required at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded agg) for plinth protection laid in bays and finished even and fair incl filling the joint with bitumen mastic complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for brick work with sub class ' B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 including all arrangement including demolition brick work/rcc wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in ready mix on brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) as complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted ,complete all as specified and directed.
