Installation, testing, commissioning and strengthening of electric substation at lift irrigation station Datriyal by way of lifting/carriage of old 63KVA electric transformer from its installed position at site after removing HT connections and shifting it to divisional stores of MID Jammu. Loading/carriage/shifting of the new 100KVA electric transformer (to be provided by the department) from divisional stores to the LIS Datriyal for installation. Job also includes providing and installation of new open fuse assembly by means of fixing of L-shaped aluminum bars in frames using ceramic insulators for installation of Al. wire fuse on the input side of the electrical supply on open fuse assembly and then connecting the cable to the one end of the open fuse assembly by way of providing and fixing of Al. thimbles using crimping tool and then making connections using nuts and bolts of appropriate size. Fencing around the electric substation of size 10ft x10ft by way of fabrication of angle iron frames with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron and providing, welding and fixing of chain link/wire mesh fence with gap of 2.5 inch between the frames. These fabricated frames should be fitted and grouted in base. The height of frame should be 5ft. Fabrication and fixing of entry gate for inspection of transformer with angle iron frame of 45 x 45 x 5 mm MS angle. The door should be of 2 ft width with 5 ft height. Job includes painting of angle iron frame with red oxide primer and black paint. The side of fencing must be removable for lifting of transformer. Installation of 100KVA new transformer at site and providing/fitting of single core 120 sq. mm aluminum cables between LT sides of transformer to LT fuse sets. Total length of LT aluminum single core cable required will be 16 meters approx. The single core aluminum cable have to be divided into 4 parts of equal lengths. Each cable should be fitted with thimble of same ratting at each end. Connections of cables to the LT bush rods of the transformer and LT fuse sets. Job also includes providing and fixing of new link sets/knife sets at the substation. Complete job. includes cost of material, consumable, handling, loading, unloading, transportation charge, labour charges ,welding charges for both skilled /semi-skilled labour and hiring charges for Crane , tripod stand, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site the conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
