Dismantling posts or struts (wood or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete including dismantling of barbed wire fixed etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work for barbed wire and old chain link fencing obtained from with old RCC or wooden pole ,rolling shutters of any description.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling & mass concrete.

M&L for Laterite stone Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in CM 1:6 complete all as aspecified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:3 on brick masonary surfaces and finished the even and fair without using extra cement

M & L For PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggerates) as in coping and the like.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces of wall including complete removal washing rubbing and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of priming surface of Chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Ist qlty of Acrocem/snowcem plus or equvalent of Nerolac or Berger).

S & F rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle,flat iron or tee sections Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250 quality 'A') , fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

MS round bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping for colm & backing ends and binding with & include MS wire (aheaded ) not less than 0.90 mm ida or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410W(grade E-250)Quality A or Fe 290 (gde-E-165)

S&F mild steel nuts and bolts not exc.12 mm dia of bolt and not exc. 75mm in length with two washers,one bolt all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on surfacess of any discription, over 10cm in width or girth.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire,(Chain Link PVC Coated) n.exc 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending, hooping for chain link fencing etc and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dua (annealed) etc complete all as secified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of bushes/Site clearence up to 1m both sides from the fencing

Removing of surplus spoil/dismantelled material exc. 250 M and n.exc 500 M, depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 M above the starting level.(hard/dense soil)

M &L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing)

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm thick as in base of tiles etc.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in base of tiles etc.

M&L for Endura Industrial tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for 40mm thick sand cushioning under floors/base or in foundations including watering and consolidation with proper camber.

M&L for laying of 80mm thick machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, 20 mm graded agg) as in kerb or mud stops rounded aor chamfered on edges all as specified.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.Note- Boundery wall , over head water tank etc

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any discription, over 10cm in width or girth.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds,mitred/stopped end etc al as specified
