Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directedwithin a lead of 75 m. a) In ground or including roof.
Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading intotruck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge
Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-inchargea) 3.90 metre height
b) Extra for additional 3.6 height or part thereof
Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any eight and in any floor including removing Rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and Thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approvedthickness with required bracing or concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out aftercompletion of works (upto roof of ground floor) f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation
Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending gineer)(Two coats) i) Standard Quality
Mazdoor (Male)
Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835-1987. vi) 6mm thick coloured / tinted / smoke glass.
Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile &finishing he joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles includingroughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout aterials etc
Supplying, fitting & fixing granite slabs 15mm to 18 mm. thick with uniform texture & without decorative veins in columns, wall, facia,rise etc. with 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:2) including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging, curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. (a) Area of each Granite slab 0.6 to 1.0 Square meter.
Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure,comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarseaggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. (40 mmaverage thickness.)
Providing anti-corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD reinforcements including twocoats of anti-corrosive coatings of consumption as per manufacturer's pecification, cleaning etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges ofmachineries and labour etc. all omplete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxycomplete as per Technical specification.
Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequentcutting/removal and sealing of the ole necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.
Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.
TAXES & DUTIES
Add: G.S.T. @ 18% of Rs. 6,17,081=44 (Sl. No. 1.01 to 1.34) i.e. Rs. 1,11,074=66
