Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Patient Self Registration kiosk as required as per specification as mentioned in RFP clause no. 4.17 /scope of work & at site of work in line with the Engineer in Charge instructions with minimum 3 years onsite OEM warranty.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of D-QMS Token Dispenser required as per specification as mentioned in RFP clause no. 4.17/scope of work & at site of work in line with the Engineer in Charge instructions with 3 years onsite OEM warranty.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Medical Report Self-Collection Kiosks along with Bar code scanner as required as per specification as mentioned in RFP clause no. 4.17 /scope of work & at site of work in line with the Engineer in Charge instructions with 3 years onsite OEM warranty.

Black Toner Cartridge compatible to use with A4 size printer and as per Printer Specification as per above item

Manpower ( 1 Man month = 26 working days)

Deployment of Support Engineers during Hand holding for period of 6 months after the works are certified to be completed

Resident Technical Expert during Maintenance period for 3 years after the works are certified to be completed

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Dynamic QMS, Self-Patient registration and Self-Medical Report Generation system and associated Hardware for 3 years to be calculated from the date when works are certified as completed and project is GO Live. Comprehensive Maintenance shall trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer‐in‐Charge and as per terms and conditions specified
