Labour for removing old lime cement plaster including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the working area with all leads ,lifts and delifts ,all charges of labour ,hire and running charges of required equipments and labour welfare cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar above 3.0 m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the working area with all leads ,lifts and delifts ,all charges of labour ,hire and running charges of required equipments and labour welfare cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Cement Concrete in (1:2:4) proportion using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 12 mm and down graded size of good quality collected from approved quarry free from weathered skin and all deleterious materials using screened and washed coarse sand, mixing by mechanical mixer, placing in proper position, compacting by mechanical vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty ,DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts, centering and shuttering, curing, hire and running charges of all machineries, with cost of all labour,T&P, taxes, fixing of embedments if any and labour welfare cess etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone H.G. stone masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth & superstructure using stacked H.G. stones recovered afrter dismentaling with cost of all materials but excluding cost of RR stone labour, curing with all leads, lifts & delifts, royalty, EMF, DMF and additional charges including labour welfarecess etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone H. G. Stone masonrty in C.M (1:6) in foundation and plinth and superstructure using H.G. stone of good qulity having minimum dimension 30cm quarried & transported from approved quarry free from weathered skin & any other deleterious materials with cost of all materials, labour , curing with all leads, lifts & delifts, royalty, DMF, EMF and additional charges including labour welfarecess etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick masonry using 53 grade cement with fine screened and washed river sand after racking out joints including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF and additional charges and all other taxes of all materials, labour welfare cess with all leads,lifts and delifts, curing , hire charges of all equipments , cost of all labour & T&P, taxes etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in suitable type of soil in borrow area, loading into transport vehicle manually and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the same over the approved surface of embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of roots, bushes, other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty,DMF, EMF, additional charges , labour welfare cess & laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth with hire & running charges of all machineries with all labour & T&P, taxes required for the work etc complete in all respects as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Measurement to be taken on finished Level Sections only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility)

Excavation of foundation in hard soil including stoney earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and levelling the bed to design section and depositing excavated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes, cess etc.complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
