Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) in all kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with old sized fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick hardcore with broken stone of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface etc. all as specified and directed .

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base for path complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade prepared with batch mixing machine, as in pavement/path, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of max size 20 mm in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as specified and as directed. (Item of joint fillers, sealants, to be paid separately). Note:- Min Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum.

M & L for fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m in all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use & waste of formwork including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M30 grade as in slabs/deck slabs with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use & waste of formwork including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as walls (any thickness), pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick work with old sized fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for use & waste of formwork including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressummers and cantilevers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix RUST PROOF CONSEC ZAL SRPBT ALUMINUM base Horizontal Runner Wire for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specification: - (i) Central core wire: - Made from 2.60 (±0.5) mm did G.I – High Carbon Wire as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS-2629. (ii) Razor Punched Strip: - Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL Steel comprising of Aluminium base with Zinc alloy @ 150 gm/m² conforming ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of Caulified green shade (BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process & Barb Tape Length-23.50mm, Flatten Strip Barb Width-18.60mm, Barb Spacing-36.00mm, Centre Width-7.40mm. Note:- Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately. Payment to be made per running metre of barbed wire used.

M&L for mild steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour with two or more coats over one coat pf primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition RCC Work manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meter lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel, bands, beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste formwork including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for column, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm Soft soil/loose soil

M&L for running welding work for lapping of TMT bar of existing column thickness of metal to be welded exc. 9 mm but not exc. 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.
